Nice place... Many things to do within the area.

My experience was good... The cost could have been a bit more reasonable but besides that, 👍

Facilities were not great. Breakfast food was edible.

The hotel made me feel like I had my own apartment

When ever I needed something the front desk was polite and assisted me in whatever I needed. The room was wonderful abs everything was clean.

Nicely Staffed Hotel with Dirty Rooms

I arrived afteridnight, but called ahead to let them know. When I got there, the young lady who checked me in was very kind with regard to parking and switching me to a more accessable room ( I have a handicap). She was very kind. I don't know when her shift was over, but I think she waited for me to arrive before she left (just as I was going to my room). When I got to my room, I soon saw that it had not been prepared and ckeaned since the previous occupant had been there. The condition of the room was deplorable. Bed sheets nor changed, bed was not made. Used towels on batroom counter and floor. Bathroom wastebasket was full, and glass was used. Worst of all, there was a used bar of soap lying in the wrapper with a hair stuck to it! Yuk! Instead of the goodnight's sleep that I craved, I dressed in my sweats and sat up in the lounge chair all night, dozing off twice. I told the young man on the morning shift that the room was never cleaned and he recommended that I report it here, as I am doing now. I think that I am entitled to a refund.

Okay hotel for a quick overnight

Check in was slow. Staff was nice. Room linens were stained. Kitchen needs new appliances and towels were hard and rough. The bathroom was nice and clean.

Horrible Experience for a One Night Stay

I was there for business - a quick one night trip with a lot of variables to make everything work. I had samples for my meeting shipped directly to the hotel, which I've done many other times with no issue. I called the hotel ahead of time and let them know that I was coordinating a short trip and was juggling the logistics of shipping windows to make sure my samples for the meeting were there prior to the meeting. Makes sense, right? Well, when I called the man at the desk stated that I shouldn't have items shipped there unless I'm checked in. Fine. I thanked him for assisting me given the short stay and trying to make things work. I can't go to the meeting without samples. He said to remember that for next time. Not thrilled with the exchange, but whatever - he was going to make an exception for me. My flight was super early - I arrived into NY from Chicago at 9:00am. I got my rental car, drove to the hotel and arrived there around 11:00am. I realized that was before check-in time, and in other hotels, if rooms were ready, they would check me in early. I was fine with either waiting and going to my meeting which was at noon and checking in later or if they'd let me, check in immediately. Well, they said it would be a $40 fee to check in early. I said then I have no problem waiting until check in time, which is stated at 3:00pm. They said the earliest they could waive the fee was 2:00pm (so they already have flexibility to their rules is what I gathered). Fine, no big deal,

Good for a short stay...

I stayed two nights here while in town for a funeral. The room was very clean, but decor was outdated. When I arrived the clerk at the front desk wasn't rude, but not exactly welcoming either. But check-in was smooth. My main complaint is that the reservation included "continental breakfast" daily, which I expected to be fresh bagels, pastries, danishes, etc with coffee/tea. However, they only options were packaged muffins and single-pack granola bars with coffee only. I found this to be disappointing. But overall, the stay was pleasant.

Better than most extended stay

Pros: The staff was nice and the gym was pretty good. The rooms were comfortable enough and the windows opened to allow fresh air in.
Cons: The parking is terrible. Though it's free and there is a lot of spaces, it's a garage that doesn't connect to the hotel.
Location: Not a lot to do near by but the area is very pretty thus time of the year. Also there is a supermarket and food options near by.

Pros: It is a low cost place to stay, but it is a dump. No value here.
Cons: This hotel is very sub standard. There is rarely someone at the front desk and the hallways, elevator and rooms are a mess.
