Great hotel. Clean and quiet. Great value! Loved the coffee that was always available and the hot buffet breakfast. About a 10 minute drive to the drive that frequently went into the city. Would definitely stay here again

Hotel on a hill

Pros: The staff were the highlight of our stay. The complimentary hot breakfast was also nice.
Cons: I'd like to see a fridge/microwave in each room.
Location: We didn't do much in the area. The location is right off a highway, with easy access to 287, making it convenient but also a bit noisy.
We enjoyed our night in White Plains. The hotel was right off the highway and our room was street facing, so there was some street noise overnight. The room was a bit small, especially compared to the Hampton Inn we had stayed in the night before. I was dismayed that there was no refrigerator or microwave but, again, only because the previous night's stay had one. A bit more consistency room to room would be nice and would help guests prepare accordingly. The bathroom was quite small and the tub kept the door from opening all the way. The staff was very helpful and gracious and helped to make the most of our stay.

Some Hampton Inns do vary from property to property, however that standard requirements remain the same. Unfortunately, we do have refrigerators and microwaves upon request, but not place in each room. We hope that you will consider staying at our property again. There was a noisy pump sound, probably from the refrigerator, in the room which kept me up at night. Otherwise decent enough

Good location easy access to highway to nyc , nice amenities and the rooms is big only thing I didn't like about there was no drawer to store ur cloth

It served its purpose which was a place to stay for a night. Everything was clean, check in and check out were easy. Staff was nice and efficient. Only let down was the breakfast unfortunately sausages were undercooked and extremely cold.

Nice hotel with good Hot Breakfast available.

Cons: Parking
Location: A lot of resturant choices within minutes of driving, and easy access to Bronx via express.
Perched on a hill side makes for a multilevel parking lot ( not always convenient) and renovations where going on while we where there. The staff was good and the front desk was very helpful.

The water did not properly drain in the tub. The eggs served during breakfast were artificial. The staff was friendly and everything else appeared to be in order for my short stay.
