Decent but needs work

First room was messy and bathroom was dirty but the staff was pleasant and switched me to another room. The bed and the room was comfy and clean but Thr bathroom was not only dated but also dusty. There was some construction going on. Overall it was a decent stay and the staff was nice but Not as clean as other Hampton Inns I have stayed at recently.

Not impressed

This hotel is run down. We booked a King bed & only got a Queen upon check-in. We even specified late check-in & got a very small corner room.

Gutes Hotel fuer einen guten Preis.

Das einizige was uns enttaeuscht hat war das Fruehstueck. Meist war es beim Fruehstueck auch super voll und man musste lange anstehen um etwas zu bekommen.

What a dissapointment.......

I am a Hampton Inn fan but this was the worst Hampton I have experienced. First, I reserved a room with a king bed. I was given a handicap accessible room (why? there was no one there) with a double bed. Then the TV did not work and there was nothing done to rectify this matter. The front desk was all cluttered with boxes and other stuff, not very welcoming at all. The breakfast served hot food that was cold. I will say the chocolate chip cookes in the evening were delicious.

Nice place to stay for local touring.

Pros: Comfortable, clean room and helpful, friendly staff.
Cons: Because of the location on a hillside, the tiered parking lot is somewhat inconvenient for loading and unloading.
Location: Located near many historical sites of interest.
The hotel is built on a hillside. We asked for a quiet room away from traffic noise and were very pleased with our room on the backside of the hotel. The view out the window was just trees.

Nice hotel but needs work

It was a nice stay. However, When we got there our room door was opened staff were great on getting us to another room as quick as possible once we got to theother room there was wall damage and the toilet wasnt cleaned the caulking to the bathroom was horrible but the rest of the room was very clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable once i meantioned the toilet to the staff they cleaned it with no problem..Overall the stay and staff were great! The breakfast was delicious and the pool was pretty fun, the temp was perfect.

Breakfast, snacks and lobby are 5 STARS

Pros: The long hours available for breakfast and the quality options. Top notch!
Cons: Bathrooms are very small and made it difficult at times for my family to get ready.
Location: Easy access to 287 and Saw Mill Parkway
Quality and variety are how I would describe their breakfast options. Not your typical hotel breakfast. Then throughout they day they offered free coffee, tea and hot chocolate along with popcorn and cookies. Our kids loved using the pool and then going inside for a free snack. Their lobby is very welcoming and made it easy for us to visit with family because it is so spacious.

Very nice hotel, right across from entrance to 287

Pros: The location, the breakfast, security, and the cleanliness.
Cons: Would like a microwave in my room.
Location: Close to my work, shopping and not far from NYC.
Everyone was polite, helpful, cheerful. I had questions about upcoming stays and they responded to me immediately and made the process very easy.
