didn't get what I signed up for

Signed up for (and paid for) a king sized bed with sofa. I was put in a tiny room with a double bed. Apparently, that was all that was left when we checked in. person at desk said there was noting she could do about it. I was told to take it up with Expedia.

Clean room, front desk staff nice.

Stayed the weekend, location was not good in regards to eating out. Experienced a fire drill while there and we were outside for 20 minutes in the cold. No compensation for the false alarm.

too noisy

Great Stay

Pros: Easy check-in, accommodating, staff, very clean and upgraded.
Cons: Maybe more firm mattress.
Location: close to everything - in the heart of westchester.
Convenient, close to highways, comfortable. Very easy to check in, all was upgraded and nice, clean, great for family.

pretty good time

Pros: location
Cons: firmer mattresses need to go too a more cheesy scrambled egg combo
Location: couldn't tell you we did everything in NYC saw two Broadway shows.
slept good even being next to the elevator. Mattresses could stand to be a little firmer. Good location to get to where we needed to go. breakfast was good, need to work on eggs though. too dry. Enjoyable as always. very nice staff.

Great place to stay while visiting Sleepy Hollow!

Location: Within 30 minutes of NYC, and close to Sleepy Hollow/Tarrytown, which is why we were in town.
My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights while visiting Sleepy Hollow. We loved this hotel from the beginning, and have little to no complaints. It was close to the high way, easy to find, and within 10-15 minutes (or less) to every where we went during our trip. It was quiet and clean. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. Upon arriving in our room, we realized there was no fridge or microwave, which we were told online they had. Within minutes of arriving in our room, we received a call from the front desk asking if our room was OK. We told them we had expected the 2 appliances, and they informed us they were not included in every room, but could be requested, and that they would be sent up within 30 minutes. It actually took more like an hour, but a shift change had just happened, so that is understandable. The man who brought them in was very nice and friendly, and we got another call shortly after, asking if everything was alright now. The room was clean and comfortable, and perfect for a fun and romantic stay. We had no issues while staying. We enjoyed their 24 hour hot drink and cookie bar. The breakfast was also very good! Just about anything and everything you could want was there, and staff again were very friendly. We would absolutely return to this hotel and recommend it to anyone! GREAT place!
