Just OK

Posted Jul 20, 2016
Pros: The lounge/bar area, indoor/outdoor pools.
Cons: Fix clearly visible issues
The overall stay was good even for 1 night. The amenities were good with the exception of free breakfast. The biggest issues was that our room door was damaged with a gap that let in light and possible critters. We found it strange that no one reported this damage of the door as it can be seen as soon as you walk up to room 261 and on the inside. Additionally the bathroom door was scratched up and the vanity was missing a door. It all seem like their housekeeping just either did not report these issues or they just did not care. This hotel had 4 wedding the night we stayed. So there was no room to switch to. The front desk said no one reported it which I thought was strange. Neither + or - views about this place.

Hotel needs a bit of updating in the rooms

Posted Jun 5, 2016
Stayed one night and overall hotel is OK. Room bathroom needs a bit of updating and unfortunately dinner in lobby took a bit long due to understaffing.

Not up to Hilton standards

Posted Apr 13, 2016 on Hotels
I will only stay here again if it's all I can find in the area at its level or above. The room smelled moldy and musty. The hotel is looking tired. I had dinner at the bar counter in the restaurant as I was alone on business and wanted to at least watch something while eating. The menu was limited I was told because it was Sunday. The bartender missed charging me a drink so I tipped him that amount in case he made a mistake and when I told him because his eyes got big when he saw my check I told him why. He said if they weren't so understaffed he wouldn't have missed it. Wow. Also, there was a pretty crazy 20 something year-old that came up to the bar and starting talking to no one in particular about how rich he felt to own an iphone then proceeded to try to order the bartender around. the bartender just ignored him. Then the guy started singing. I didn't see anyone working there try to steer him out the door. When I checked out I told the front desk that the bathtub drain was so slow it clogged the tub during my shower and I was standing in an inch of water. She said she would tell maintenance. Then when I also told her the lights in the magnifying mirror were out she proceeded to tell me that was nothing; once a group of people took all the lightbulbs out of the sconces in the hallway. To me, this hotel, which was once a wonderful place to stay, seems a little sketchy and unsafe now for a single female traveler.

Only downside: very noisy people partying in neighboring room and in corridors.

Manager helped, but housekeeping needs work.

Got in late and needed to go to a funeral in morning. No iron in room, but they brought one. Food is very expensive. Came back to room at 3 and housekeeping never came and never attempted to.come later. Wall had a hole. Gm gave a credit for food due to poor housekeeping which was appreciated.
