Staff uncooperative

Did not honor the reservation of Expedia. Had to tell them that we would complain online before they finally agreed to give us 2 queen size beds. Rooms badly designed. No iron board. No light next to bed for reading. Room keys did not work properly. Elevator was very slow

Great stay for visiting Stone Barns!

Hotel was great for a one night visit to Tarrytown. Staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were large and comfortable. The shuttle service was a life saver! It was convenient and exellent for those who don't drive but still wanna get around to the farms and stone barns.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Got shuttle to & from our meeting which was in a different hotel, as well as downtown. Highly recommend

Good place to stay

The air conditioning did not work but everything else was great will stay again staff was helpful and friendly.

Good Choice

Pros: Location
Cons: In room temperature control. It was either too hot or too cold.
Location: Highways easily accessible, supermarket within walking distance, close to many attractions
Excellent location, friendly staff, quiet, spacious room.

Three Strike and You're Out!

Pros: The bed was comfortable and the bathroom well appointed. The hotel staff were friendly and tried to make things as pleasant as possible.
Sheraton in Tarrytown is in a great location and I looked forward to staying there again after having done so in June. This time around when making the reservation I was not told that the indoor pool was closed for renovations and that left one child were disappointed. The Club Room Floor was very disappointing. The couch which was there before has vanished and it was bear except for five small tables for having breakfast in the morning. The computer on this floor does not work. Nor was I able to get consistent wifi for my tablet. The DirectTV wasn't fully working Saturday, Sunday or Monday. You were only able to get perhaps 10 stations out of 300 and those weren't even major channels like NBC, CBS or FOX. The coffee maker in the Club Room was out of order for the entire weekend and Monday. The complimentary sodas were not restocked. Enough. Time to check out another hotel in the area for my stay in July.

The bedding was exceptionally comfortable. The room's decor was very nice. The area was safe as well.

Decent hotel

10 minute drive to downtown, so fine. Grocery store right next door ++. Thought breakfast was included, but it was not. --
