it was perfect

Pros: clean, convenient and the staff was great
I had taken the red eye flight from New Mexico and arrived in NYC at 6am, i arrived at the hotel at 7am, the staff allowed me to check into my room and rest. that was a great thing they did and allowed me to enjoy my quick weekend.

Beautiful well kept hotel in Westchester

The hotel was beautiful, nice, big clean room. Staff was kind and respectful. Breakfast was pretty good, better than aberage. Had hot food such as eggs, bacon and wafles. Well know brands of cereal and a variety of drinks. Parking was close and convenient. We will definitely stay here again.

Pros: Proximity to where we were going, cleanliness, comfort
Cons: We had no problems with the room or the staff at this hotel
Location: We were going to Sleepy Hollow for site seeing and tours and this hotel is very close

Nice linens and clean room!

Everything about our experience at this hotel was great. Fresh linens, clean room, easy check in and wonderful staff. Two things could be improved to make it an even more enjoyable experience. First, no fresh coffee upon arrival which was what my husband and I really needed. Dispensers were in lobby but not filled at 4pm check in. Second, for four people in room, there should be more towels and more shampoo/conditioner provided. We, the guest, shouldn't have to ask when you only provide 3 towels.

Location: It's within all the major events around sleepy hollow for Halloween season.
Room was nice but I was on the backside of the hotel. I don't think I'd have liked some of the rooms directly facing the parking structure

Good, comfortable hotel.

Pros: Updated, clean, comfortable rooms.
Cons: TV was at an odd angle in the room. Even with the swivel feature. Definitely not a deal breaker
Location: Demeter's (tavern) walking distance.
Hotel room was nicely updated and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of room for the free breakfast during "rush hour". Demeter's Tavern is walk-able and was a solid pub-grub restaurant with plenty of tv's and cold beer.
