Need maintenance

TV was not working. No kettle in the room. Shower head restricted water flow too much

Secluded hotel, great location

Pros: Location if you want absolute rest
Cons: Check in was a nightmare. Took an hour whilst trying to locate our reservation from Expedia. Email was down. Staff very kind and offered nice room
Location: Golf course next door. Kruger park 30 minutes away. Restaurants on ite and nearby
Out of town, in bush like setting. Good for quiet rest and relaxation. 30 minutes to Kruger Park reserve.

the place is located in a quite area and the area is beautiful, but the room i stayed in was so disappointing, no Wifi as advertised, no microwave, no bar fridges, the cupboard for storing clothes looks terrible, the walls are dirty and the lastly the shower take the cup, i have never seen a shower head so close to the wall, showering there poses a risk. breakfast was exceptional and the supper we had was great.

Rooms need to be refurbished. Rooms need to be cleaner Gardens well kept and clean Breakfast average Staff friendly

Management needs a lot of work

The management and catering of the dining room were very poor and badly overpriced. The pool was kept clean but the surrounding area was completely ignored. by the end of the day the area around the pool was filthy.
