Poor check in, flat pillows, brick walls

Check in took 1hour, paid thru travel service, hotel gets payment from Expedia and the manually enters in their PC. In my case the total entered did not match as person entering put in wrong number. Not just one character, 3 of 4 wrong. This caused the problem but took an hour in phone, and after tiring of waiting I called my service and figured it out. Meanwhile I had to listen to hotel workers complain about online service being all messed up and people should just book direct to hotel. This was caused by hotel employee, not by online service or hotels.com or other. They were polite, they were apologetic once they realized that they caused issue. Now finally in room, it was pretty bad but for the money $50 I Don't expect much. Pillows worst ever, flat, even stacking two still flat, used sport bag with pillows and that was better.
So, take your own pillow, check amount if using booking service.
I will never stay there again! Outlaw inn or econolodge would have been better.
