Nice place to stay

The hotel is easy to find and easy location to get downtown or back on the highway. The room was clean, but one day the room was not serviced; I had the "Do not disturb" sign on but took it off by 9:30 a.m. Otherwise I would have given highest scores all around.

We were very comfortable in our two notes there. Pool was closed already but otherwise was good.

Dated decor but comfortable and clean

The room smelled stale and may have been a smoking room previously. Also, I don't think the refrigerator was working well; I turned it all the way up and my water was barely cold enough. Otherwise, this hotel was clean and comfortable with good bed and pillows and great air conditioner and shower.

REALLY A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Fire everyone, tear it down and start over.
Front desk staff very rude and inattentive. Rooms unclean and worn out. Beds were lousy. Would not have stayed the full time had it not already been pre-paid. The one star I indicated is a minus one star.

Nice location but bad experience

Pros: Clean room, nice location, free parking.
Cons: Breakfast is very limited. Room keys were not working after a night. The staff should make sure that the keys are properly activated.
Location: Glacier national park is about 30 miles away and the drive is good.
We rented this place during our road trip to glacier national park from Seattle. We reached the hotel around 1 am after confirming that the place has 24 hr checkin policy. I had made the reservation through Expedia and was provided an itinerary number. However, the hotel staff could not find our reservation in their records. We had to call Expedia support from the hotel and after about 30 mins, we got to talk to someone in the customer support and we came to know the reservation was indeed there. After about an hour, we were able to checkin after they were given payment information from expedia.
