REALLY A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.Posted Sep 23, 2015
Cons: Fire everyone, tear it down and start over.
Front desk staff very rude and inattentive. Rooms unclean and worn out. Beds were lousy. Would not have stayed the full time had it not already been pre-paid. The one star I indicated is a minus one star.

Nice location but bad experiencePosted Sep 11, 2015
Pros: Clean room, nice location, free parking.
Cons: Breakfast is very limited. Room keys were not working after a night. The staff should make sure that the keys are properly activated.
Location: Glacier national park is about 30 miles away and the drive is good.
We rented this place during our road trip to glacier national park from Seattle. We reached the hotel around 1 am after confirming that the place has 24 hr checkin policy. I had made the reservation through Expedia and was provided an itinerary number. However, the hotel staff could not find our reservation in their records. We had to call Expedia support from the hotel and after about 30 mins, we got to talk to someone in the customer support and we came to know the reservation was indeed there. After about an hour, we were able to checkin after they were given payment information from expedia.

Find a better place...Posted Aug 16, 2015
Pros: Apart from the cheap price and location, can't think anything positive as such about the hotel. In hindsight, bad choice.
Cons: Would be a long list..
Location: Around 45mins drive to Glacier West Entrance, all restaurants and shopping within a few miles radius.
In reality, this looks more like a motel. To start our check-in was goofed up and then again after 2 days were ACCIDENTALLY checked out. The front desk had an air of 'I don't care' attitude. Doors seemed unsafe, shower curtain were soiled and smelly. Apart from first day, our beds were left as-is and were never done. Wifi was too slow. I didn't see an elevator either (maybe I missed it). We could have complained on and on but we resigned to our fate and ensured we returned there only to sleep at night. Stay away, find a better place.

Okay for one nightPosted Aug 12, 2015 on Hotels
Must say breakfast was pretty good. Bacon and eggs and a waffle machine that actually worked! Wifi was inconsistent and weak. Room cleanliness was okay. There were candy wrappers behind night table and bathroom door interior was filthy around the handle and mirror on the door (which was clean) . . Nothing that a Sani-wipe couldn't clean. Hotel was NOT busy, so fairly quiet. Slamming hotel doors which are common all part of the stay. Very expensive for a room of this style.

when we going to step out for dinner, the front couldn't lock, shocking! then my husband report to desk,we take a few minutes to grab valueable item, after we come bake from dinner, the door couldn't open, report again, family sit on the hotel floor, waiting about ten minutes then move to another room at time of 9:41,at that moment i really feel frustrated, because everyone can not take a shower or something else until 10.22, finally got the chance back to room 216 to get our stuff, shocking experience, how do you think!

1. bugs in the bathroom 2. coffee, cups, and glasses were not replaced any of the days we stayed 3. Husband had to "fix" the AC or it didn't work. Reported that to the front desk. Nothing happened even though they said they had a new unit to replace it with. 4. Old pizza in ther refrigerator when we arrived 5. No elevator to the second floor 6. view on the first floor was the back of a large building 7. never vacuumed 8. desk lamp broken 9. car top was broken into in the parking lot one night. Reported it. 10. Mentioned to someone in the town where we were staying, and they said, don't stay there. Bad reputation. 11. Promised to "make it right" by taking some off the bill. Over $200 per night. Not worth $50 per night.

Not a good stayPosted Jul 23, 2015 on Hotels
For the cost of this motel, it was run down. We have stayed for a whole lot less money in much better places. We usually like and stay in Comfort ins, but the breakfast was horrible, the room was mostly clean, but was hard to find, parking lot was horrible and no elevator and I am particularly handicapped and was hard to climb stairs. Will not stay in this motel and not recommend it.

Pros: it was quiet and had a great beds.
Location: we went to the stock car races and the water slides.
We booked this room to have fun with our family in the flathead valley. We went to the races and the water slides. We got to the hotel and the guy that checked me in was on his first night alone. I will give him that. He was very nice and polite. The room was ok the bathroom door looked like it had not been cleaned for awhile. But other than that it was great. So I thought. We had house keeping come to the door at 9am and want to clean. My family was still sleeping! After getting home I checked my bank account to find out that I was charged an additional $189.46 for something and was not told why. When I called they refunded that money but did not explain why the had charged it to me!
