On the strip in Kalispell

Posted Aug 26, 2015
Pros: It was clean
Location: The Montana restaurant across the highway, in walking distance
We stayed for one night. The room was clean and quiet. We were on the "old strip". There is a nice steak restaurant, The Montana, across the highway.

Cons: Customer service
Location: Location wasn't bad - far from shopping but right off the main road through Kalipsell
Lots of problems with our door/keys. Had staff wake us up at 11:30 pm one night to check if our room was occupied. When we informed staff of our not so satisfactory stay at checkout time staff argued with us about our concerns.

No elevator, no hot tub, no hair dryer in room

Very basic needs. Will not return. Spent less money in much nicer hotels along the way.

Cons: Beds were very soft.
Location: Location was close to restaurants.
Was supposed to be a non smoking room but had a very strong cigarette smell.

Average Motel

Posted Jul 15, 2015
Pros: Breakfast was not sensational, but good.
Cons: Room needed electrical outlets.
An average motel. Too many steps for Seniors. Shortage of electrical outlets. Good breakfast. We were not allowed a ground floor room because the computer chose the room......we booked with Expedia.

Nice Hotel near Glacier National Park

Posted May 19, 2015
Pros: Clean, comfortable with all appliances in working order.
Cons: I did'nt find a water fountain for drinking water. Also, the breakfast menu could be changed daily.
Location: Glacier National Park, lots of State Parks with lakes nearby in BigFork,Whitefish.
I tried to book a hotel at the eleventh hour on the long weekend holiday and found most were already booked or the rates were quite high. That was when I booked into this hotel after finding it reasonably priced. It was a pleasant surprise to find neat ,comfortable room ,clean bedsheets , clean upgraded washroom.I stayed there for two days.Breakfast also was provided along with free parking and internet.
