Posted Oct 18, 2017
Room was not cleaned. Disgusting sewage backflowed into the bathtub changed rooms but could not adjust heat. Four other guests did not have heating in room.

Dear Guest, Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you during your stay. We were experiencing low heat in some of the rooms that day due to change weather conditions however it was fixed by our maintenance team within an hour. I will pass on your feedback on rooms to our housekeeping manager. I hope to see you again in the future and give us a second chance.

Room was under some renovation. Extension chords everywhere. Coffee maker not hooked up. Fridge not hooked up. Beds were very comfortable.

Large facilities with limited parking. Nothing for larger vehicles.

Downtown convience

Free airport transportation. Lobby smells musty, rambling corridors that make a long walk to your room. Nice restaurant. Comfortable room fresh and clean but too warm and no control.

My son had an accident in the bed and the cleaning staff was quick to remake the bed after I informed them of the problem. Booking thru expedia made things even easier for a on the go mom. Staff was friendly and helpful. Located right down town made it easy to stay parked and walk where we needed to go.

I booked in at the beginning of my yukon excursion and at the end, the staff was very accomodating, storing my luggage in the luggage room and helping out with some duct tape prior to departure

Disappointed

Posted Sep 18, 2017
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: A lot. The bed was creaky, the fact there is no internet, and staff that seem to care about their jobs.
I go to Whitehorse a lot - so I know I am not getting resort quality hotels... but this was a huge disappointment. I got in late, and while check in was fine, I realized when I got to my room I had not been given the wifi password. I called front desk. And called And called. If you have people check in (there were a few of us), wouldn't you wait at the desk at least a few minutes to see if there were any issues? No. I went downstairs and finally found a staff member and asked for the wifi password. He told me that there was a $4.20 charge. And then made some comments about how he also couldn't believe it and "they" made the rule. 1. It is so rare, why not ask people on check in if they want it? 2. how about your staff act as representatives of the hotel... not try to commiserate with policies they don't like?

Because of a flight delay, I didn't arrive in Whitehorse until after midnight. I was made to feel welcome and given suggestions about parking., He even suggested that I get change in case I needed it for parking meters the next day. At that hour, I would have been happy with just a place to sleep but the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable,
