"Jeff, the pool guy was in constant attendance with a work ethic you just don't find anymore. Pool was clean, decently warm and enjoyable. He made us feel very welcome, important and cared about. Cynthia in the dining area had a great friendly attitude, kind, caring and worked very hard to get food out immediately. Sarah at front desk was also very accomodating. This experience has changed my overall outlook of the Drury chain back into a positive one because this single hotel has got it going on!"
