"Perfect central location to visit Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole, the seaside and Bath. The accommodation was extremely well maintained and presented. A quiet location situated within a riding school, so perfect for those with an interest in horses but not affected by it being a working stable. "This could be a lovely property & appears to have been recently renovated to a good standard. However it is let down by several maintenance issues (one bedroom & bathroom window not opening or closing properly, bedroom door not closing, broken and ill-fitting toilet seat), and the quality of the mattresses and bedding which was really poor when compared to the most basic Premier Inn/Travelodge. "We chose to stay in an executive room. The room was clean although I was advised that the accessible room option which I would have preferred wasn't as nice. We found the bathroom a bit claustrophobic and not suitable for my needs. The staff were friendly and helpful. However when we checked in we were advised that there was no access to the phone. While seeking clarification we didn't the suggestion that we moved to a sister hotel as I am a disabled ,making me feel that we should put or shut up. I wasn't happy that there was no concessions on the charges for disabled parking and there was only one disabled parking bay per floor. The breakfast options were varied. The hot options were fresh and well presented. "
