Ughh

I had someone beating on my door and calling my room screaming at me because it was am 11 check out at 1115.... then we extended our stay had the do not disturb signs up and were checking out that day, housekeeping opened the door at 930... again check out at 11. Such a joke..neber experienced that before at a hotel.. her name I believe started with a t.. why would room service come and let themselves in when at 11 we had to be checked out....

Nice hotel near the airport, cafes and shopping

Pros: Almost everything.
Cons: The gym equipment was noisy. The parking was a little tight.
Location: Great restaurants and shopping.
Nice clean, large rooms. Staff was friendly. Bed was a little too firm for me, but I prefer a softer bed. It would be a good room for business travelers. I love the size of the room.

Nice hotel, great location.

Pros: Convenience to airport and dining
Cons: There was a stand, but no TV, at the end of the bed. Also, no TV could be seen from the bed. Please relocate TV to end of bed.
Nice hotel with only minor recommendations for improvement (TV viewing from bed). Great for getting to the airport. Shuttle was convenient and driver was friendly.

Super quiet and very soft beds.

Had an excellent stay but the spa wasn't working and it was one of my search criteria. Our a/c at home broke down and it was hot outside. We both needed some good rest for the weekend and a cool quiet room fit the bill. My lady was happy to be rested so I guess we got most of what was expected. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Pull out sofa was terrible. Mattress had springs poking into my daughters side. Front desk workers didnt seem to know what they were doing. Had a reservation and still took a half hour to check in. Breakfast was good.

Bugs

Bugs every where They were every where complained they had no bug spray we went to target and got bug spray we will never go back to comfort suites again also the room smelled bad like rotten eggs
