Close to AFB

Stayed for a week. At thanksgiving and plan to stay there again at Christmas.

Close to mall and restaurants

I was visiting someone on the AFB and it was about a 15 min drive on the highways. The hotel was close to the mall and several restaurants. My bed was very comfortable. Plenty of room, comfortable space. Wifi with your own username and password. Large mini fridge and microwave. I would stay there again.

Moving son from Houston to Wichita Falls

Pros: It was close to my son's apartment. The beds were clean and comfortable.
Cons: Everything was just fine.
Location: The hotel was easy to get to and there was plenty of parking, as we were parking a U-Haul truck.
Spent only one night. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Had plenty of clean towels and hot water. Although we did not need them, there was a microwave and refrigerator. The TV was easy to work and there were plenty of good stations. Good lighting throughout the room. I only wish the clock radio was on the nightstand instead of across the room. Also, housekeeping forgot to leave drink cups and coffee cups. Fortunately we had paper cups from our fast food dinner, and we went down to the breakfast buffet first thing in the morning.

Helpful and pleasant staff

Staff was helpful with directions, printing out boarding passes, and opening our wine bottles! Room was spacious and very comfortable. Great location close to mall, restaurants, and Sheppard AFB.

Awful bed!

Cons: Mattresses
The room was ok but the real issue was the awful bed!!! It was so hard that my husband and I both got very little sleep. We both had Tylenol for breakfast to be able to load our stuff and get out of there. Very disappointing and not at all consistent with the reviews I read before booking this hotel.

Hard as a rock

The beds were hard as rocks. It made sleeping on them painful.

Uncomfortable beds

The beds were terrible- I hardly slept and woke up sore. People were in an out down the halls talking all night. Overall pretty disappointing.

Nice hotel fair price

Meeting the night clerk was great-really she was happy and helpful. Although tired we were greeted, the whole process was amazingly fast. Our room was nice, well updated and clean. We rally liked the hotel...the next three stays at Baymont went downhill.

Old worn and not clean

The light above the bathroom sink was out.There was hair and other debris on the bathroom wall.Spiders and various bugs in the corners of the bathroom.Used coffee still in the coffee basket so it was obviously not cleaned.And only 1 small bar of soap for the sink and shower no shampoo or conditioner.We will never stay there again!
