Pros: Everything
Location: Location was ok for our passing through
Eccellent staff, breakfast, very clean, comfortable room. Only thing wrong is the toilet seat was loose. I tightened it as much as I could with my hands, and I forgot to tell staff. I would stay again.

Nothing worked

Hot tub was not working. Pullout beds was missing springs. We called down for bedding and they brought us two sheets and four pillow cases but no pillows. We were there for graduation and asked to be able to check out late and we were told 12:00 is as late as they could let us. No working with us. No help.

No parking .....big disappointment

Pros: The shower pressure
Cons: That you move your ice machine to a closed up room and put notice on the outside doors next to rooms that this door is locked coming in at 10pm wkdys
After working with the front desk young man for almost an hour over having to move rooms - the TV didn't work - and the noise from the men outside partying during the weeknight was horrible in and out of the downstairs parking lot door - slamming each time it was opened and closed and getting ice from the machine right across the hall from my door until all hours of the night. Ice machines belong in a closed door room!!! the outside door should be closed for the night at 10 pm period! Even though the staff was apologetic and said they would comp the room for the night...I will not go back there again.

Pros: checking out.
Location: interstate location fairly close to lake and grocery store
both of the business ctr computers were out of working order, no access. rooms were small and the bed was not very comfortable and the curtains should be able to be closed to keep the lights from the front of the building shining in.

Nice hotel

I'm originally from Wichita Falls but had to move to Florida. My mom passed away back in January and we had to come back to take care of things. The staff was so friendly made it a lot better!
