Cons: Nicer people sat front desk!!!!
Desk clerk was not friendly. No how are you today, hope you enjoy your stay. Just business

Best breakfast ever

All was great with the hotel but there’s not a place we’ve been to that beats the breakfast deal - and the service! They have a fantastic lobby setup. This definitely will be our go to hotel in the future!

I was very pleased with the staff , in particular the front desk guy, after my 6 year old got sick at 1:00 AM. He was quick to respond and very helpful! My family is very appreciative! Nice room and very clean!

We were on a road trip from Houston, TX to Grand Junction, CO and pulled this up at the last minute. We were pleasantly surprised even though they were nearly sold out. Hotel seemed new and updated. It was much better than I expected. The staff was very helpful and checking was easy. The hotel was in a quiet location. Starbucks coffee available with a decent breakfast. Our room had a loveseat which was nice to have seating besides the bed and office chair. The tv had a lot of options. I would give this hotel 5 stars!

Quality of Stay not worth $119/night!!!

The little bistro wasn’t open nearly long enough in the morning for those who choose to sleep in. The bathroom looked like an amateur tried to renovate it and the wall installed fire extinguisher in it was rusted. The lobby area looks great but the rooms leave something to be desired. We will not be staying here again!

I had no issues with the hotel itself. My room was very clean, smelled great and was very comfortable. My issue was with the staff. There was a charge on my card that I did not make and the staff at the hotel was not interested in helping me out with the problem. I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge and it was not until then that the hotel called me about it. In the end I spend over two hours on the phone getting this issue resolved, and the person I spoke with at the hotel wanted to blame me for the whole thing. It was very unfortunate because like I said the hotel was very nice.
