Better than Expected

When I started finding my way to the hotel, I was rather nervous and hoped that it would be one that I liked because it was not on the main thoroughfares through Wichita Falls. However, once I got there, checked in and settled in, I was quite happy with the room. Clean, great service, breakfast was fine, and plenty of time to check out in the morning. I'll stay again, happy with everything.

Close to mall

The room was small and smelled. Dirty Rooms

There were open condemns left in drawers and pubic hair wash rags left in shower. I have the photos to prove this. Very icky

Smokey smell.

Smokey room for a non- smoking facility. No other rooms available. Offer to wipe down surfaces but it didn't make a difference.

Poor service hotel

My stay was not very good . First the house keeping never cleaned the room at all in the 3 days that we stayed there . The other complaint that I has was that they turned off our room keys the night before we checked out so we had to go back to the lobby and have them reactivated .

Great customer service

It was great the front desk lady let us have breakfast at 630 am and it didn't start till 7 am we needed to leave early that was really really nice of her.Her name was Vicky and just for that I will return to stay again cause my son just got stationed there from the air force thanks a lot Vicky

The service was great with courteous staff. However, the ceiling had pretty long crack in it that looked like it had been painted over at least once, but not properly filled. Room, bath, & even hair dryer was very clean. It's apparent that much attention is paid to cleanliness & up-keep of appliances.

Not up to chain standards at all.

This was the worst Marriott I have stayed in. I picked this place over several other choices because Marriott have always been clean and nice. This was old and dirty. The room smelled bad and the bed was more like a blob than a mattress. I stay at hotels all the time due to work and generally try for Hilton, Hyatt, or Marriott. This was the below the standards of a Motel 6 or a Super 8 and yet it was twice as much.
