The bar food was awful. We expected good food since the hotel is new and such a nice property. There was a couple at the bar that had ordered Papa Johns. We thought that was silly, but after ordering a couple appetizers ourselves (1 had to send back since so terrible / the other we just nibbled on because we were so hungry even though it was not very good either), we regretted not ordering a pizza from Papa Johns as well!!!! The bar also ran out of limes. Just had higher expectations.

The staff was very friendly the hotel was clean what I did not like was the pull Handel on the pocket door going into the bathroom was sharp rough this needs to be checked out room 332

They did not honor or 2 queen bed request and gave us a room with only bed then refused to do anything since we booked through Expedia! The hotel was full and our grown daughter had to sleep on the floor. No offer for cot and the maintenance man overheard our dilemma and HE brought us extra sheets etc but none of that was offered by the front desk clerk. Terrible customer service!!!!
