I liked to easy access to major roads in Wichita. The rooms was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The parking lot was tight, due to the number of vehicles in it.

Top Notch stay
Location was excellent and the room was very clean. I especially liked the vinyl planked flooring better than the carpet. Breakfast was also exceptional.

The staff are so helpful. The breakfast lady was attentive and went out of her way to make sure we got anything she could provide. They offered us late checkout as our departing flight was late in the day.

Convenient location
This hotel was convenient for an overnight stay. Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, and staff friendly. It was very basic, with no frills. Breakfast provided was also basic.

Over-rated
Not sure what makes this a "3-star" hotel. There's a Motel 6 and Super 8 on either side, and this property looks no different. Bathroom wall had dryrot by the tub. We stayed in two different rooms, both tubs had the drain stoppers removed by the owner so you can't take a bath. The lampshades were dusty and cracked, and the pool water was a bit on the dingy side (at least it was open). Maybe it gets an extra star over the other two for a hot breakfast, but I don't know where it gets an 8+ rating on Hotels.com.

The daytime desk staff was very unfriendly &unpleasant when I tried to talk to her. Some vending machines took only dollars cash so that one could not access water. Of only two vending machines, one was 'sold out' of water for more than 4 days of my stay. The breakfast menu was absolutely the same every day for the length of my stay - no alternatives were available. The room cleaners always took out yesterdays soaps, and did not leave any soap for the next day on different 2 days. On 2 days, used paper cups were simply put back onto the coffee tray

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at a bug-free place, with a comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, and a nice small relaxing indoor pool to cool off in at the end of our adventurous day out. Definit would stay there again in the future!
