First Stay at the Plus Version

Pros: A very comfortable and pleasant stay
Cons: no suggestions
Location: Cessna manufacturing plant a short distance to the west. Beware of construction in the area of the hotel. Staff advised how to leave going east.
Very upscale from the original Best Western. Facility was new and well maintained. Good pricing and as good as its upscale competitors. Great Buffet.

Nice place to stay.

Pros: The price was reasonable and comfortable place to stay.
The staff was courteous and professional, the room is very clean and quite. Free breakfast was decent. The TV great and had plenty of free channels to watch.

I'd reccomend traveling into the city a bit if you want to get out and about, but the hotel itself is nice and close to ICT airport which was very convenient for me going to flight safety for training. Room was always clean and my valuables always untouched.

Great hotel and easy to get to.

Pros: What not to like?
Hotel was close to the interstates and will have easy access once road work is done. Desk lady was very helpful with suggestions for dinner.

Worst customer service experience

Requested crib for room 2 hrs prior to stay by phone and was assured they would have one. When arrived at 1 am was told they didn't have one or couldn't find them. I asked for compensation for the I convenience which she refused because I was "already getting a hell of a deal" Thankfully we had brought our pack n play, but didn't want the trouble of getting it out and set up at 1 am since the little one was already asleep. 15 minutes later while we were putting little one down the attendant knocked at the door with a pack n play. I let her know we did not need it now. She became upset and said "oh so you throw a fit about it earlier but now you don't want it, that makes sense". And stormed off.

Short night

Pros: Appearance and comfort.
Cons: Recognition of Best Western Rewards.
My stay was short. The room and bed were comfortable. I arrive late and left early, so I didn't get to try the breakfast. Overall my stay was nice. I will return to this facility.

Great Overall Experience

Pros: Bed was amazing. Staff were amazing and friendly.
Location: Very close to the airport that I was flying out of at 5:40 am.
The staff was all very helpful and friendly. The bed in my room was Amazing. It was the best sleep I got all week!! I stayed in a previous hotel in another City the rest of the week and came to this one the night before my flight. I wish I was in this hotel the whole week!!
