The staff were exceptionally warm and kind. I have never felt so at home when being welcomed at a hotel. I was able to find everything I needed and if I asked for assistance, was kindly helped. The kitchen staff were delightful. The man who prepares the omelets was a happy fellow. It was nice chatting with them the mornings I had breakfast.

Spacious, clean and easy!
Wonderful, big rooms! Perfect for the 4 of us plus 2 dogs. Very friendly check in desk assistance. We stay here frequently to and from road trips to CO from TX and would recommend to anyone. I do wish they offered free breakfast.

Bed sheets were not done they had a really bad smell and stains witch I don’t want to know what are they, I asked for clean bedding but the front desk told me they had no access to the laundry,

It was noisy. Music from outside played until 11. Did not like there was not a free basic breakfast. Had to pay for a piece of fruit. I liked the room size and cleanliness.

Excessive wait for check in
I used the online check in, but opted for key since my second person doesn’t use the app to be able to get mobile key. Upon arrival, I expected to just be able to grab my keys at desk and go. This didn’t happen. I was at desk holding up the line for checking in for almost 30 minutes all the while trying to get to an event. I felt it was excessive, especially when using mobile check in.

Yes and No
The beds were very comfortable and the room was huge, but the floor was dirty (we saw candy and fried rice), the refrigerator kept making loud noises and woke us up, the curtain over the AC was too long and blocked the air, we could not get the TV to work, or the drain in the bathtub.

Worth the price!
Huge room, comfy bed and pillows, breakfast got screwed up but may have been my fault (thought I ordered breakfast for two when I reserved with hotels.com but it did not show up in the reservation. Great sports bar across the street.

One thing I really liked about this hotel is that the bed in our room faced the window and wasn't like most hotels on a side wall. The front desk staff were very friendly. Walking distance from Old Town activities and night life.

This was the first time I stayed here and everything was clean, on point, and exceptional. I can see why it’s almost impossible to get a hotel room here. It’s conveniently located near all the clubs and restaurants. 10/10.
