Everything was clean and well maintained. The cleaning staff and front desk were very pleasant and accommodating when we needed anything. I was impressed with the breakfast, it went later and had more variety than most.

All the staff were absolutely amazing!! Super friendly. Didn’t matter if it was the cleaning crew or breakfast crew, every single person there was super friendly and talked to us. We will definitely stay there again!

Great location, quite clean and well maintained. Walls seemed a little thin as sounds from other rooms (barking dogs) made sleep a little challenging. Overall good and I would consider staying here again in the future.

First let's just say at the staff at this facility is so nice and sweet and they really try their best. The property is older and a little run down. It's not staffing but the rules for cleaning rooms at the Hampton Inn by Hilton that are not good. Longer stays bed don't get changed until 4th day, towels and trash like every other day. I had to ask for towels, toilet paper, and have the trash emptied on my five day stay more than once. To me the Hilton needs to review these COVID rules and put them back like they used to be. I don't appreciate over flowing bins in the room and we were not messy people.

No staff at the front counter during check in ,called from lobby phone to the front desk twice with no answer. Finally checked in to find a severely outdated room with terrible hard pillows that I went down and asked to replace with no options except the small rock hard pillow but was asked if I would like another. Nice room, service not as expected.
During my check in the front desk staff had a person on her personal phone on FaceTime to assist them in changing a headlight which she held her finger up to me telling me to hold on for checking in and then after about a minute she proceeded with my check in. This was very unprofessional and not typical of the service received at Hilton hotels. In room 109, the carpet on the floor by the roller chair for the desk has a piece missing and needs to be replaced. Otherwise, the hotel is clean and quiet. It is becoming a little outdated and could use some updating. The location is wonderful.

Jets didn’t work on the tub that we paid extra for. They have a sign saying you need to call the desk so they can show you how to ‘properly’ use them. The switch is actually broke and they have it being controlled from a GFI plug. They make noise and shot gross stuff out but didn’t actually work. And the Pillows are terrible.

It took a very long time to check in. The lady in front of me - her room was not ready - she had gone to her room and housecleaning had not even cleaned it. I had to wait until they found her another room. Also, I was not the only person in line!!

Very clean and comfortable. The entire staff was helpful, kind and welcoming. We loved the freshly made cookies. There were plenty of very clean towels in the room and at the pool. We loved the pool. Also the breakfast had lots of delicious options with a wonderful attendant who kept the eating area sparkling clean.

Worth it
The beds were very firm and a little uncomfortable. The tv had a setting we couldn't turn off which made it time out, turn off and reset to the starting screen. One of the star wars movies was too long for the timer and we missed a bit. Everything was super clean, the staff was very nice. The cards demagnetized frequently. Right near tons of restaurants and stores

Rooms were clean but beds were hard as a rock, the pool was green on day of arrival and closed the next. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Nice area of town close to anything you'd need. Overall a decent stay.
