Close to shopping

I have stayed here 3 times and it is my go to when I stay overnight in Wichita. Very nice area with shopping, restaurants nearby

What a relief!

The room was bright and cheery. The staff was friendly and efficient. It was a great place to relax after a stressful week!

Pros: People were so friendly, professional and accommodating.
Cons: Quality of the mattress could be better. Coffee maker should be cleaned better, but available coffee in the lobby compensated for that.
Location: Lots of shopping and places to eat near by.
overall we had a very pleasant experience. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was really good! I had my omelette made to order. Check in quick and easy. Lobby was warm and inviting.Rick behind the bar was especially nice and could be easily considered the jack of all trades! We will stay again for sure when back in Wichita!

Convenient, clean hotel in a safe neighborhood

Stay was wonderful, from the friendly and accommodating staff to the convenient location to the free coffe/tea bar throughout the day and night. For a Hilton Garden Inn they even offered evening room service. Complimentary shuttle was also available for the local area.

No Smoking Rooms

Pros: It was quiet
Cons: No smoking room and Phone not working.
There are no smoking rooms in the hotel .... Please change that. Also the phone wasn't working. It wasn't a deluxe room . I had seen better rooms for same price.

Nice hotel close to Wichita State University

We stayed one night while in town for our cousins wedding. The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were greeted by every staff member we saw. The only downfall was the bed was very uncomfortable. It felt like the mattress was old and worn. Neither my husband or I got a good night's rest. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Clean and New Hotel - A few Drawbacks

Overall it is a great hotel and property for the price. Very new and clean. The beds allow you to set each side independently, which is a nice thought. Unfortunately one side did not work so the king size bed felt like we were on a hill all night. My wife didn't sleep well. At this level of hotel a minimal breakfast is normally provided. At this hotel expect to spend just under $11 a person for what would be included elsewhere. One more issue was that the tub one floor up apparently had leaked at one point and come through the ceiling. It was all mostly repaired, but the bathroom door was very swollen and would not close. Silly stuff for a newer hotel. We would probably stay there again, but not in that room.

I was given a wheelchair accessable room, which I didn't request. Bed/pillow was very uncomfortable
