Wichita Trip

Posted Apr 24, 2017
Pros: The breakfast staff! The room was huge.
Cons: Only a few more rugs in the rooms.
Location: The location is close to downtown Wichita. If you're planning to take part in any downtown activities this is the place for you.
The staff was wonderful. The breakfast staff were nice and helpful, plus the freshly made omelets were perfect. The breakfast alone is worth the stay.

Apartments turned into a hotel.

Posted Apr 22, 2017
Pros: Everything.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Right off a major highway in the middle of downtown.Tim
It's an apartment complex that has been turned into a hotel. Odd but nice. Large room with a full size fridge, with a freezer and an ice maker. I wish I had a longer stay. It was very nice.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Upkeep and renovation.
Location: Not much.
General condition worn out. Beds rumpled. Too close to interstate. No amenities. Breakfast lame. Lot of outside noise. Interior HVAC unit loud and irritating. Sleep not comfortable.

Horrible experience

Posted Mar 6, 2017
Pros: The nicest staff I have ever met in a hotel. Wonderful short order cook for breakfast.
Cons: Needs to be updated- new appliances that do not make noise. Put in insulation. Get rid of the drunks
Location: Nothing- did not feel safe in the areas.
Had to call the police due to drunks at my door and window on the first night. Moved to a new room and it was so noisy could not sleep for several nights. Left and found a new hotel. This hotel is old and in need of facility repairs. can here the plumbing and the fans from the unit downstairs all night.

Do not stay here if looking for comfort and clean

Posted Feb 26, 2017
This hotel is shabby and dirty. It is under construction but so what? Online people were giving this hotel 4 stars because new management had fixed it up. Were they paid to write these comments? You can see that the pool area is under construction. This is a one star hotel. Maybe the owner needs to shut down until the rooms are ready. When we walked in the light switch didn't work. We stumbled around to find a lamp. There was years of filth on the sink, toilet and tub. What looked like boogers on the shower curtain. Stains and filth on lamp shades. Curtain on window falling off. Mold in the coffee maker filter. Wall paper and ceiling scary. No bed skirt and tissue box empty. Pictures on the wall crooked like a fun house. Previous guest's coffee cup ring on the counter. TV remote needed batteries. There was a piece of chewing gum stuck to the night stand by my head. The hotel housekeeping supervisor told me she inspected the room herself and it passed her inspection. Her excuse was that the hotel was being remodeled and not all the rooms were done. I told her I would have liked a remodeled room. Then, she implied none of the rooms are remodeled yet. I guess I have different standards for comfort and cleanliness. Not worth $60 for one night. I had to clean with clorox wipes before using restroom and brushing teeth. Could not shower Or have coffee in my room in the morning. I will say the bedding was clean. However, you can feel plastic liner under the sheet. It crunches all n

Absolutely loved this hotel. Our room was very spacious and beautiful. Staff were helpful. Hotel was centrally located to restaurants and other venues. Will definitely stay here again.
