Nice Place

The hotel was nice. The only complaint I have is the pet fee - $75 - really? It can’t possibly cost that much to sanitize a room after a pet stayed in it. Not very pet friendly.

Loved the Hotel and the room. Fully set kitchen, cozy bed,very clean and fresh.Beautiful place to stay and plenty of food and shopping nearby.

Convenient and rooms are nice

Saying room cleaning is an option, at check in Made me fillout a form with my email and mailing address if I wanted my room cleaned. The room was never cleaned.

Hi! I am sorry for the miscommunication. Most of our guests aren't aware of the Staybridge Suites brand weekend housekeeping, or lack there of. The form filling out your information is standard registration that we do with each guest, it was not to ensure cleanliness of your room. Of course we are always happy to ensure your room is maintained upon request during weekend stays. Happy but disapointed at the same time.

I booked the room for the outdoor pool. It was out of service but yet no one told us until we checked in. Its a big deal to us.

We are really sorry, Kyle. The only time we close the pool is when it is a safety hazard due to unbalanced chemicals. It doesn't happen often but when it does we will make absolutely certain there is no chance of causing illness or exposure to bacteria. In this case, the pump went out unexpectedly. The Holiday Inn Express next door, our sister hotel, has an indoor pool that stays nice all year round. We always let our patrons utilize their pool which is just a short walk. We understand wanting to be outdoors though!! We were able to remedy the pump within just a couple days once parts were received. We truly hope you will give us another chance next time to show you this is very few and far between.
