Nice hotel, close to Via Christi North.

Pros: I loved the suites, and really liked that they have complimentary guest nights were drinks and food are served.
Cons: The hide-a-bed was horribly uncomfortable, but that is the nature of those, I think.
Location: Location is great, it worked perfectly for us as our young son had an appointment at the nearby Via Christi surgery center.
This hotel was clean, and we loved the suites. Rooms were arranged in a way to utilize every bit of space. It was homey, clean, and comfortable. We didn't hear any noise from other rooms, and staff was very polite.

Unclean Hotel

It was a horrible stay our room wasn't cleaned for 2 days and they stated they only have one room attendant and that they only clean by request and that they only spot clean, nor do they change the bedding daily. Health Dept and BBB has been contacted. Although the hotel looked clean and beautiful on the outside there could be some unsanitary issues going on.

We strive for excellence in providing a great place for guests to stay, and therefore we are truly sorry your experience was not that. On weekends and holidays, our housekeeping is designed to give you your space and privacy. Therefore housekeeping is by request only on those days. When that request is made, we are more then happy to provide any housekeeping that is desired by our guests. To help clarify, the state department requires sheets changed every 5 days and upon departure of a room. I am pleased to say, our housekeeping team does that and more often. However, if anyone requests it done more frequently then that, we are always more than willing to do so. Once again I am sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations, and with some clarity, I hope you will see we do our best to keep the hotel clean inside and out, while providing a peaceful time away from home.

Assigns smoking rooms when fills up to nonsmoking

I made my reservation somewhat late, when I checked in, not late at all, in fact at 3pm, so earliest of checking in, I was told that the room was a smoking room, and the only one available, so I would not be able to change it even though I didn't request it and certainly didn't want it. Of course the room reeked of smoke and was quite unpleasant.

If I could take this hotel and surrounding area with me to every location I stayed overnight I would. This was an excellent hotel!!!

Dont leave any thing behind in a room!

the front desk person was not around each time I needed service upon check in and check out. They were also out of uniform could not tell them from a regular patron. I left a dress shirt in the closet called 2 hours later and they told me they "cant find it" no response from the general manager. They obviously stole my shirt and could care a less than to be honest. The breakfast is also fair to average.

James, We are truly sorry you feel we stole your shirt due to us not being able to find your dress shirt upon check out. Immediately after you called us, our Assistant GM went to the room you checked out of to find it, but it was no where to be found. We even went through all the trash and did a full comb of the room. I am truly sorry we were not able to locate it. I, the GM, apologize also I was not able to call you back until Monday morning when we talked.
