When we got there, we could not find our America's Best Value Inn. All we kept seeing was Wichita Inn and Super 8 motels. My wife called 5x's to the number on our paperwork and got no answer. I finally stopped at the Wichita Inn and they told me it was now Super 8. We stepped inside and the clerk was sitting in the chair, in the corner, I think we startled him. When I asked where the ABVI is, that is when we found out it use to be ABVI, but NOW a Super 8. Signs were changed 2 days prior to our arrival. I already paid 2 weeks in advance. Ok, now we find out the bottom floor is being remodeled, so we have to take an upstairs room, no elevator. I could go on, but I will say this, the "FREE WI-FI" is just a "hot-spot". You had to log-in every time you needed to get online. Oh, one more thing, couldn't watch TV, nothing would hardly come in. I never did like using Super 8, and now even more of a reason to not use them. A BIG 10 THUMBS DOWN!!!!!!!!!
