My TV did not work, so the only person on staff at the hotel had to come up and try to get it working. She never got it working, so I had to change rooms. Never did she mention any type of apology whatsoever, or sorry for your inconvenience. She was not rude, just very drab in her attitude.
The rooms are old and need updating. Given the location, this hotel could attract some very good, regular customers, but in the condition that it is in, I will never stay there again and you will never rate more than a 2 out of 5.
