It was clean and a pretty place to stay, a great breakfast! Friendly staff!

Property was a decent place to stay but check in was absolutely horrible, 2 hours of waiting where multiple guests could not check in because there computer system didn’t have any reservations at all. Offered credits to the stay for 3 people but gave the rest of the guests waiting to check in nothing at all. Staff was very rude

The computer system went down for only 20 minutes which at the time we were able to check in guests manually. All our guests were taken care of at checkout. We are under new mgmnt which has had meetings with the front desk. There are times in this day and age where technology sometimes gives us a problem, but it was fixed. I am sorry you may have had to wait longer then normal and we do apologize for any inconvenience. I do thank you for your comments as they do help us to see where we may need improvement. Thanks again for taking the time. It really is appreciated.

Nice and clean, but the room was really cramped. It was hard to get into the bathroom with bthe toilet right at the entry.

Nothing. place had limited parking. the front desk person was nice enough to move her car. Towels did not smell clean. place was musty and old and out dated

Perfect place for a two day stay. Clean, friendly staff and good location. Lots of parking. The ONLY issue was our door lock broke while my daughter was in the room by herself. Yes, she’s 18, called for help and was able to crawl out of the window. The staff didn’t suggest this but she decided to anyway. The door was fixed by 3pm. A discount would’ve been very nice been nice but oh well. Everyone was ok.

If the front desk was notified of this immediately and not taken care of we do apologize. We would never suggest anyone climb out a window as we would have had maintenance take care of the matter promptly. Started with tv not working, two different people coming in to check. Did get it to work. Next was no hot water. Called office number of times and no answer.
