Stay away

Outdated Hotel

Pros: The rooms are spacious.
Cons: Update all of the rooms. 30-40 years old.
Location: In town and close golf courses.
Very old hotel in Wickenburg. Very outdated. Overpriced for the room and facility. Not much to choose from, as there are only three hotels in town.

Wickenburg Arizona

We always try to get this hotel when we visit Wickenburg Arizona, about 2-3 times a year. It is we think the most reasonable for the money,cleanest and the best place to stay right close to the town and surrounding events. Have never been disappointed staying in this lovely place.

Would not stay again

I made reservations months in advance and prepaid for two rooms, both with two beds. When we got there, only one room had two beds, the other with one queen bed. When asked if there was other rooms, they said none was available. Fine. When asked if I get a partial refund since I only had one bed. They said no. When asked if we could have extra sheets/blankets and pillows, they said no. They did nothing to try to help us make a not very good situation better. We were just tired and just wanted somewhere to sleep, even if it was on the floor with some blankets but no. Would never stay there again.

Thank you for your comments, but I'm absolutely stumped, as we never hear these comments regarding this staff, as they completely go out of their way. What time and date did this occur?? Would like to address the staff.

Quick trip

Cute hotel, clean and a good night sleep. They offered breakfast vouchers for Denny’s. Loved the cute town!

It's not the Hilton

Pros: Nice location, friendly staff.
Cons: Consistent maid service.
Location: Beautiful very small town to walk around, visiting the Meadows.
We stayed 4 nights and 1x the maid service did not show, 1x the beds were not made and the towels where replaced.

We arrived early and were allowed to check in anyway. Liked having credit at Denny’s to order what I wanted for breakfast. We got the room for $90- rack rate was $249 which is way more than this room was worth.

Greatclocatiin, courtwous staff. The room is spaciois and comfy. I would definitely come back if I needed accommodation in Wickenburg

Nice Hotel

Pros: Location
Cons: Need to pay attention to details. Ran out of Kleenex on first night and was not replaced for three nights. No coffee was left on last morning.
Staff was great and any need was fulfilled. Hotel was quiet in the evenings. Did not spend much time at the hotel, but it was comfortable and served its purpose for my visit.
