If you are to visit Wiesbaden as a tourist or for work, then choose Penta hotel to stay. They are located near the highway and are not far from Frankfurt airport. The hotel is clean and conveniently located. They have good dining options as there is a restaurant on site. They have a lounge area and an activities area with a pool table and some arcade games. They have a full bar as well. The room I stayed in was good for a single guest but for two guests it maybe tight. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The needed amenities were there. Room cleaning service is provided everyday around 9 AM - 10 AM.

A nice, clean, good hotel stay when visiting Wiesbaden. The front desk staff member was helpful with my check-in. My room was ready ahead of the regular check-in time. My room was clean. The amenities were good. The bed was comfortable.

This is a great, clean and convenient hotel with a wonderful lobby that offers a bar and very social lounge area. I would recommend it if you stay in Wiesbaden. Good value for your money.

OH MY!!! This is Wiesbaden's best kept secret. I was worried because I never heard of it, nut am mow in love! The hotel is awesome! The staff were awesome. I have to come back just to hang in the lounge area! Hahahaha! Parking is superb!!!

The bar and gaming area made this a great stay for anyone. The rooms were nicely furnished. We are able to connect to the TV chromecast easily to stream Netflix (more hotels need this!) We did not like how the lobby/dining/gaming area were all so hot. It was much cooler outside and even with the doors open, the lobby was very warm and humid (rainy day).

Terrible service
Service was terrible, everything was a chore to them and everything was made difficult. Refused to offer room service even though there was a 24 hour room service menu in the room. Waiter spilled a whole beer over my colleague and didn’t apologise and offered no help after. Overall rude staff. Prices were also extremely high. Menu on their website is old and the menu offered was very limited, no separate lunch / dinner menus. Location is bad, nothing around so you’d think the restaurant would offer more.

Lovely hotel with spacious rooms and huge, comfy bed. Not so much in the immediate area, but Only a 10 minute drive from Wiesbaden centre. We opted for a late breakfast on Sunday and the buffet choice was a little limited.

This was the second time we would stay in pentahotel Wiesbaden, and having stayed multiple other times in the chain - I couldn't believe how disappointed I got this time. The hotel was undergoing massive renovation, which was not shared with us upfront. To make matters worst, the housekeeping service was extremely rude and started entering the room at 08:00 bulling us to checkout. What a disappointment. On the rest, it was the usual amazing experience you would expect - great bed, shower, breakfast - but we couldn't ignore the experience we had.

Great Hotel!
The hotel stay was great. This is a really nice hotel. It was a cheap, convenient hotel and I wasn't expecting much. But upon arrival to the hotel, the place looks extremely nice and modern, and the check-in process was quick and easy.

Nice hotel for business stays
Nice hotel........parking is a bit difficult, especially when they are hosting meetings or conferences. The area around the hotel is very congested but it is easy to get to from the 455. I would stay here again. The food is great!!!!

Not worth the price
No heat in the room, only one bath towel which was thread-bare, internet worked sporadically and was always slow when it worked. They charge 17 euros a night for parking. On the other hand, The hotel restaurant was very good and the staff was friendly

Nice, big cozy room. Very warm. Unfortunately, WIFI not very stable or reliable. Had to push 2 beds together to make a queen size. Great location and atmosphere. Breakfast is very expensive. Clean and nice bathroom, big shower, excellent, running, hot water. Awesome local area, close to many attractions.

The staff feel inexperienced and under-trained. Sitting at the hotel bar one night with five other customers, the sole bar person thought it was more important to put sugar pots on the restaurant tables than serve anyone - while everyone had empty glasses and were visibly waiting frustratedly. Another time, all four bar and waiting staff went on a smoke break at the same time, chatting amongst themselves outside the hotel entrance and ignoring the fairly full room. No one was served for 15 mins until they were done. There's no evidence of effective management. Impossible to tell who's in charge which is always a bad sign for a hotel.

Okay for one night.... maybe.
Good location. In business area, close to U.S. military complex, on bus line. 5 mind from city center. Driveway is very narrow and inconvenient- better off parking on street for free. "Front Desk" doubles as a bar, so you checking in may not be first priority. The lobby felt more like a bar/lounge, and it was very crowded during our stay. The front entrance was full of smokers to get past. Guest rooms are located to the back of building. We had a bit of a walk just to get to the elevators. Rooms have modern retro furnishings. However, walls and carpets could use a good scrub. Beds are good size and comfortable. Large shower area with rainfall showerhead. No mini fridge or ice bucket. Not good for long stay or traveling with family.

Not bad
Overall it was really good. The A/C didn't work but I didn't complain. The breakfast buffet was crazy expensive ($20) but pretty good. Should have paid for it in advance. I plan on returning in the future.

hotel is nice, staff very friendly, food in the restaurant was great WiFi was unbelievable slow, but to be fair you could by an upgrade... not impressive but better paid parking ? I guess that's okay .. haven't seen that for a long time

Everything about my stay was pretty much a lie. I was told I was getting a non smoking room. I got a smoking room. I reserved a king size bed I got two full size beds. There is some kind of disconnect between the app and the actual hotel. Aside from that everything was great.

Rude staff
I'm at the hotel with a few friends before going out just having fun but not too loud and apparently a guest had an issue and wanted to be moved. A female staff worker banged on my door then I answered. She screamed at me and forced me to turn my music down (the music was coming from a small waterproof shower speaker which wasn't loud at all) or they were gonna force us out with or with out the police. I found that really rude and disrespectful. She could've asked nicely and it would've been a different situation. I checked out later that night. I don't recommend staying here if you're American.
