It was easy to find, check in was quick and no problem. The rooms were basic but clean, beds comfortable. You could help yourself to extra tea/coffee for your room. It was perfect for an overnight stay in Liverpool and I would return if I was in the area again.

Great location a very basic room but everything for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was a bit poor other than that it ticked all of our boxes. All of the staff were amazing and the bar is a pleasant place to sit.

This hotel was excellent value for money. We had everything we needed, and it was in very close proximity to the Liverpool Arena and it was opposite a McDonalds. The walls were a little thin but still thoroughly recommend.

Basic accommodation but good value for the price. Windows are single glazed so can hear anyone outside. We were on the waterside the other side faces onto a busy road lots of ambulances and police cars going past with sirens on.
