"It's a charming hotel in an equally charming ski village. We traveled off season so it was very quiet. We had the Snow White room which we were very happy with. It was spacious and comfortable. We were traveling with our 2 dogs, and the staff were very accommodating. We ate at the hotel because it was convenient for us. The breakfast buffet was typical Austrian style with many items. Supper menu was a bit limited due to low season, but we always found tasty options. Too bad our weather was too chilly for us to enjoy the lovely outdoor patios. I would gladly return! "

"The best breakfast of the 7 hotels that I stayed in. 10 minute walk to train station. Was given a guest card for the bus and other tourist attractions. Beautiful castle from the back window. Wonderful walking paths up the hill from the hotel."

"Beautifully renovated with every room having its own theme. Restaurants were fabulous - probably on the more pricey side but food was great. Breakfast was included and had great choices of hot and cold options. 5 minutes walk from the train station and buses to lots of places within 2-5 minutes walk. Ski bus goes once a day to Soll in the morning and returns in the evening. "

"Our stay at Arosa was perfection! From the moment we arrived the staff made us feel welcome and special. We enjoyed hiking in the area and using the sauna amenities afterward. The Das Kaps restaurant and bar menu made it easy to enjoy dinner on the premises. Would highly recommend! "

"Lovely hotel with excellent facilities. Plenty of parking and a short stroll into the village. Our modern room was a good size, bed and pillows very comfortable and a very nice balcony overlooking the pools and village. Shower was good, so too the Wi-Fi. Breakfast was excellent with a huge selection of food and we ordered one bar meal which was very good. On Sunday and Monday they only serve pre booked set meals. We didn’t realise this and as we only wanted a salad then we were unable to eat. The relaxation areas and pools are great - comfortable loungers, plenty of towels and indoor/outdoor pools are heated 😊. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Maybe they could improve on English signage and communication? I only know basic German so found it a bit difficult at times."
