Great place to stay

Pros: everything
Cons: hot tub
Location: the movies shopping and such just outside st Louis
Great hotel with great service. Breakfast was extremely good and the cleanliness over all was great. Plenty of things to do around the hotel. The only downside to the night we spent there was the Hot Tub was broke. Other than that its great place to stay and has a nice parking garage.

Wildwood Hotel

Cons: The door noise would be the only thing that I could think of that should be improved.
A convenient place to stay. Just pull into the covered garage, enter the hotel within a few feet and take the elevator to your floor. Everything was good with one exception. Noise! This was the closing of doors that caused my door to vibrate and shake. Within walking distance there was a movie theater and numerous restaurants. The St. Louis County Police Wildwood department is close by and share a part of the garage with motel guest. An added feature for the security conscience.

I stayed two days. They never serviced my room on the second day. I told staff, but didn't receive a follow up as promised. Additionally, the desk clerk was somewhat unkept and rude!

Pros: Everything!
Cons: I can't think of a thing.
Location: Location is great - I feel very safe there.
We only live about 90 minutes from this hotel but we go there just to relax and enjoy the quiet!!! Super clean, great staff, quick check in, amenities are fantastic.

Pleasant stay

We just wanted a quick getaway and this hotel was in a nice area. We would have come earlier and enjoyed the shops/restaurants around there if we had realized what all was there.

Overall it was really nice but the water in the shower didn't really get hot, and the people above us were very loud. Other than that my wife and I enjoyed our stay.

Room comfort

We found this hotel by accident the first time and came back to the area this time just to stay in the hotel. This hotel has the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in! The staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. We have told lots of of our friends to check it out if they plan on going to the St. Louis area. I plan on returning when I need another weekend getaway!

I wanted to book a special room for a night away with my husband for his birthday, and their king suite with the jetted tub was the perfect gift. He loved it, and we had a great, relaxing time away.

Modern look mostly clean

Checked in and they were very friendly. With 4 little kids we picked it because of the pool. The only reason I found out it didn't work was because I asked what time the pool was open till and they explained it was broken. Not much that can be done I understand but their only response was sorry, let us know if we can answer any questions. We did get them to allow us to come back and use the pool on our way back home. It was pretty clean (shower looked a little dirty and some toothpaste looking scum on the dresser). Clean beds, TV worked and toiletries were provided.
