Beautiful Hotel in a Wonderful Community

Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
Location: Location is just outside St.Louis in a clean, quiet community. Lots of restaurants right outside the door and nearby shopping.
Great experience! Just a little outside of St.Louis and nestled into an adorable square, this hotel is one I will stay in again. Beautiful lobby, great rooms, very kind staff. Located by a lot of restaurants and easy-to-get-to shopping locations. Worth booking

Wonderful place to stay

Pros: Everything, staff and hotel are wonderful
Cons: The view from our room was the parking lot
Location: There are restaurants, shops and movie theatre in walking distance but the hotel is pleasantly away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Have stayed here before and love the hotel and location. Will stay there again.

Nice hotel but not nice people

Pros: Free shuttle to Silver Oaks.
Cons: Manners of hotel staff. With the exception of the shuttle driver, I didn't see a single smile or hear a nice word.
Location: Silver Oaks, a variety of dining options, movie theater.
We checked in along with many others as part of a group for a wedding. Despite there being 2 computers and 4-5 people at the desk, only 1 person was working on checking in guests. After a 15 minute wait, a second computer was opened up. I checked into my room with barely a greeting. No welcome, no enjoy your stay, nothing. The room was fine. Nicely appointed, clean. Half the towels were in great shape but the rest were very threadworn. Upon departure in the morning, I again waited more than 10 minutes behind 1 other guest for check out. The 1 employee said several things to me : didn't you get a receipt under your door? (No) do you want a receipt? (Yes) {and in response to another hurried guest~ we have lots of weddings} Again, no thanks for coming. Hope you enjoyed your stay. Hello or good bye. Luckily the wedding was amazing and your grumpy employees didn't impact that but geez! A little basic manners would go a long way towards improving your customer service!

I thought this was a great place. We ran into a few complications checking in but the lady at the desk Megan was super helpful and even called our room later on to make sure we liked the room and if we needed anything. I would deff go back! :)

Great find!

Great visit with an unexpected music festival that was relaxing and friendly. Good atmosphere with nearby restaurants. 20 minute drive to downtown St. Louis, otherwise great.

A surprising experience!

Pros: Everything.
Cons: Breakfast could have had a roll, donut, or something sweet! lol
Location: Shopping and restaurants close by. Easy to drive east into numerous other communities on the way to St. Louis.
We were coming to the area for shopping. We didn't even realize there was a hotel there until we searched the Internet. For us, the location was perfect, there were restaurant choices close by, easy access, etc. The staff was extremely pleasant to visit with. The room was extremely nice in every way. We will definitely be staying there again!

wonderful breakfast, comfort swimming pool, and clean room. the room is spacious and good for a family. we had a joyful experience in this hotel.
