Spacious and comfortable rooms in a good location
The check-in process was strange, as the host kept trying to teach us how to use a door. However, the room was very large and comfortable. The breakfast was terrific!

Impressive Hotel with Friendly and Helpful Staff
I had a nightmare flight and so was arriving late to the hotel, after the front desk was closed. However I called ahead, the staff were very friendly and arranged for collection of my room key so that I did not need to stress about this. The hotel was very beautiful, very clean and I was impressed with the service, so if I visit nearby again then I would definitely use this hotel again.

Home says it all!
We felt like family from the help with transportation needs at check in to the offer of coffee on our early morning leaving to catch our flight.

Good renovation inside. Great staff and breakfast. Needs work on the exterior. Wilhelmshaven downtown is trying hard to build up. Cool Old architecture.

Comfortable stay in city center hotel
Staff was very friendly, hotel quite modern and in the city center. Bar across the street created noise during the night which made it impossible to open a window. Unfortunately no aircondition in room.

Nice Hotel in the city
Hhe hotel is only a few minutes (walking distance) from the nordsee passage mall. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. We had a studio it was very spacious, only the showercabin was alittle bit smal :-) l, but that's complaining on a high level. And the breakfeast buffet was absolutely amazing. We had three star hotels in the states there was a big difference, a favour for the homehotel. The parking lots good to find, and in good condition. All in all, a good hotel to refer for small families and partners.

On arrival at Home Hotel in Wilhelmshaven we were informed that there were no rooms available as they had failed to transfer Expedia's info onto their computer. Four had been requested.. They did however finally place all four couples in their own exclusive apartment block near to the beach..We did breakfast at Home Hotel.

Personal ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Innenstadt erreicht man in 5 Gehminuten. Ich würde dort immer wirder nächtigen.

Das zimmer an sich sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und es wurde schnell aufgefüllt. Die Zimmer zur Straßenseite sind allerdings etwas zu laut.

Schlechtes WLAN - Beim IPAD keine Verbindung möglich. Schlangen beim Frühstück Abends vorher musste man schon wählen, was man zum Frühstück essen möchte ( kenne ich nur beim Krankenhausaufenthalt )

Das Hotel und der Service sind sehr gut. Aber die direkte Umgebung des Hotels ist fragwürdig. Die Fenster sollten geschlossen bleiben, da es durchweg in der Nacht für uns sehr laut war. Die Parkmöglichkeiten im Hotel sind sehr begrenzt und der frei zugängliche Parkplatz liegt ein paar Meter entfernt. Dieser wird nicht verschlossen.....

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Hotelzimmer sauber und sehr geräumig. Man ist fußläufig schnell in der Innenstadt. Leider ist man umgeben von einem "Bahnhofsviertel-Clientel" wie zB einem Erotik Shop, orientalischen Bistros und die Straße ist recht laut.

Der gesamte Aufenthalt im Hotel war sehr gut. Wir hatten für drei Personen ein großes Zimmer mit viel Platz. Das Personal im gesamten Haus war sehr freundlich. Beim Frühstück hat es uns an gar nichts gefehlt. Man füllt am Tag vorher einen Bestellschein aus, was möchte man essen und wählt die Uhrzeit aus und schon klappt am nächsten Tag alles wie gewünscht. Sollte doch etwas zuwenig sein (z.B, Butter),dann kann man dies ohne Probleme nach bestellen.

Es ist ein schönes und sauberes Stadt Hotel. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war lecker und reichhaltig. Eine echte Empfehlung.

Top Hotel! Unsere Suite war super. Wir hatten zu dritt, zwei Erwachsenen und ein 13 Jähriger zwei seperate Zimmer die sehr sauber waren. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben jeden Tag eine Liste ausgefüllt und am nächsten Früh war für uns alles vorbereitet. Es hat nichts gefehlt und gefiel uns sogar besser als Buffet. Es stehen zwei Parkplätze zu Verfügung und wir haben jederzeit einen gefunden.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es wurden uns mehrere Gaststätten empfohlen, da wir abends kamen und noch etwas zu essen benötigten. Das Auto konnten wir auf dem hoteleigenen Parkplatz lassen und zu Fuß in die Fußgängerzone gehen. Für das Frühstück mussten wir am Abend vorher ankreuzen, was wir essen möchten und das Abholen der fertig gepackten Teller am kommenden Morgen verlief sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Die Auswahl war sehr reichhaltig und wir haben prima gefrühstückt. Ein empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Das Hotel macht einen guten Eindruck ,das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wichtig war mir, dass die Corona Hygiene Richtlinien eingehalten wurden. Und das war perfekt. Alles bestens und gerne wieder .

Gute Lage zur Innenstadt
Gute Lage für die Innenstadt. Südstrand ca. 20 min entfernt. Die Zimmer sind sehr warm, auch bei einer Außentemperatur von ca. 22 Grad. Service sehr gut -Fahhräder kann man mieten.
