I was impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of my room. I was especially impressed with the courtesy of the young woman at the front desk. I asked for help in finding a good place to eat and she was very helpful. I had a great meal.

Convenient Location

Pros: The beds were comfy
Cons: The decor and breakfast
Location: Close to shops and pnc field
The check in was quick , it's a non-smoking hotel but our room smelt like smoke . Also your site said free continental breakfast but it was a grab and go breakfast of granola bars and oat meal. Only book hotel that have free breakfast's. Was very disappointed

Our guests which do not have breakfast in their fully equipped kitchen typically find our breakfast bars, muffins, hot cereal, coffee and tea a perfect solution and a value add. The first room I was presented with was not made up/cleaned, the second was made up, but did not feel clean.

Hotel stay

I have stayed here several times over the past year with excellent experiences. I would have given 5 stars except for the last 2 visits . This week's visit welcomed me with some brown colored material on the toilet seat! The clerk on duty quickly came in with some bleach and cleaned the seat. The shower curtain needs a good bleach as well. The bottom that drags into the tub is gross. Then there are the light switches....extremely filthy. I wore white socks in my room...bad choice!! Carpet needs deep cleaning! Oh and room 108....bad choice! The elevator is directly behind the head of the bed! Noy good for sleeping. A few months ago I checked into a room that was completely not cleaned except for the beds being made! Trash on the floor, bathtub that looked like a large bucket of filthy water had been dumped in it and not rinsed. I don't know if management has changed or just the quality of the cleaning staff. Please fix this!

Great place and would stay again.

Great place and would stay again. The things that differentiate this place from a nicer hotel are the little things.... staff smoking in FRONT of building, dirty maintenance carts left parked in the lobby for hours, etc...

Dirty room AMD uncomfortable stay

First hotel room I was given I went to there was food crime all over the sink and kitchen area. The window to the room was opened AMD the pouring rain was coming in all over the floor and AC unit. Room was never cleaned from previous people. Second room after complaining was clean AMD better, but the bed was very uncomfortable.
