Very clean and modern.

Difficulty with sink draining while brushing teeth or shaving. Sink would fill up quick and not drain. Noisy neighbor's after 10pm. Called front desk, but did not stop until after 11.

Our room have a very beautiful view.

Pros: First night
Cons: House keeping, front desk need to listen to customers before they rudely hang up one you
Location: Wilkes Barre-East Mountain, Pocono.
Upon entering our room was very clean and smells great,for the first night I had a difficult time with the pillows it was too soft,nest day before we went out I leave a note on the bedside table for house keeping to please switch our pillows to firm ones,we leave around 8:30 am and came back around 3:30- 4 pm, to our shock no one ever came to clean or do anything, I call down and told front desk they say some will be right up no one came for half an hour so we went downstairs to find out what is going on, I could not finish saying what I need to say when I was told some one will take clean towels,and will be right up we went to the bar and stay out side for an hour.when we went up to our room again we got a shock bed was made, one trash was gone bathroom ones was still there the dirty towels was gone and we got clean towels 2 bath towels and 2 wash cloth, so we had to use the same to shower with that evening and next morning when checking out I was ask about my stay I told the girl what happened she said I am sorry.so overall just stay one night never 2 or more.

Nice Hotel, but...

Pros: Front desk, cleanliness of room, and location.
Cons: Bistros food service needs to be better.
Location: Great town...
Walked in my room and every light was on and every drawer was open...it was weird, as I thought someone was in my room. Nice room, with a beautiful view. Food and Service at Bistro Restaurant was awful. Food arrived cold and what restaurant does not have mustard? Wait Staff was not knowledgeable about the menu or drinks, but was friendly. Front Desk personnel were awesome! Beautiful location and I would stay here again! But, I would eat elsewhere.

Nice and close to Highway 81

The hotel staff was excellent, as was the food. It was very close to the I81 as this was just a stop over for one night. I will be back. The Hotel was great.

Horrible mattresses.

The beds - the mattresses were so uncomfortable hard and unforgiving none of us could sleep for any length of time. I ended up sitting in the chair for 3 hours between 2:30 and 5:30 just got ready for the day. MSB

We have found that mattresses are one of those things that is deeply personal, and someone may say it was great, and another might report that they were not. Our mattresses are all pillow top Sealy mattresses, and are all very close to being new. We are sorry that your sleep was not comfortable, and hope that we can be of service in some other way in the future.

Location: we like to be close to the highway which this hotel was.
clean comfortable room , Friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel. Very comfy bed

Not as professional as I remembered.

Although I liked this hotel when it was still a Best Western, the service and cleanliness has taken a nose dive from what I remember. The lady who checked me in seemed more interested in chastising a new employee than having the courtesy of making eye contact with me while I handed her my credit card. My room seemed clean at first but I realized the bathroom wasn't as clean as I remembered. Overall this building went through some renovations to update it yet the operation wasn't tight -- unprofessional would ultimately sum up my stay.
