The room wasn’t very clean. There was dirt on the floor, sink was dirty with toothpaste. It looked like they picked the bath mat up and reused it before washing, there was an open space under the door to an ajoining room. We did not shower here or stay the second night. We left and found a different hotel.

The 1st room wasnt clean.was being renovated. Dirty towels filthy tub fridge and microwave not plugged only a phone shell. No insides to it. Went to front desk she KNEW the moment my husband walked in what the problem was then lied about knowing it. Gave us another room. Bad lighting. Bed moved. Floor tiles were coming up. Bed was sunk in in the middle. Horrible all the way aroubd

I had asked for an accessible room due to mobility issues and was given one on the second floor, despite the property having no elevator. When I got to my room, the carpet was soaked with some white powder stuff all around the bed, and the pillowcases were stained. Curtains wouldn’t close all the way, and the Kleenexes in the box had been shoved in and appeared used. Had to stay here out of necessity, but will not be making that mistake again.

Hotel was clean. Fridge in the room didn’t work, the comforter needs to be upgraded as it has holes in it & it was hard for me to find how to turn on the lamps as it was no switch on the wall & one lamp didn’t have a way to be turned on. Upgraded are needed but room was clean & quiet.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Cockroaches, dirty bedding and towels, mold in bathroom, filthy bathtub. It was so bad we needed to leave and could not stay there for one night. The front desk person was also very rude and refused to give refund. He began to feed false information that we stayed at the hotel that night despite having left for a nearby hotel.

This place was not good. We got in late. The guy said if we needed anything to let him know. When we got to the room, there was no toilet paper. There was no phone in the room to call the desk. Tried to call from my cell phone and got no answer. My husband went down to the lobby and rang the desk bell, hollered etc. no one came to help him. He was there for around 15 minutes and never got help. The tub was gross. Only 2 towels for 4 people. I would not recommend anyone stay here.

Run away. Not worth it.
Incredibly dirty room. The shower was so nasty we didn't dare use it. Used towels. Holes in walls. Nasty breakfast.

The worst experience and room we ever stayed in. So upset that we stayed here. Bathroom ceiling falling down. Broken bedside lamp I mean broke and outlit didnt work. King sheets had med size visible holes in them.Clear gooey substance on floor around chair. People spitting off upper deck onto parking lot. Kids and adults running in parking lot.No lights to know which was your room dark parking lot. Lock on door so damaged room 107. we had to put chair against door to ensure we were safe.Towels were like sand paper. thin,old, small and abrasive.

They first put us in a second floor room that was dirty as hell. We had to go back and we told the guy that we wanted to leave but he said he could put us in another clean room. It was better needed to do better on the floor it was dirty. Why did they put us in the first room if they had a clean room in the first place?

This hotel is u get what u pay for. Great location but definitely not safe. The smell was just unbearable. I guess people resides there.. Ice machine didn't work had to go to tgifridays for ice.

We travel a lot. This is the worse hotel we ever stayed at. Entire facility needs an upgrade and cleaning. Hopefully Pennsylvania health and safety look at it before someone gets hurt and sick. Degusting!!

Building is not clearly marked (no visible building number or name, aside for name in small letters on the door as you entered the building) extremely hard to locate at night. It’s advertised as no smoking & the room reeked of cigarette smoke.

If you are homeless in the Wilkes-Barre area this is the place to stay. You'll fit right in with the other residents. The property itself leaves alot to be desired.

Very bad ' never stay there again
When we entered our room, we were nearly overcome by the cigarette smoke. It was supposed to be non-smoking. We quickly discovered that there were no towels, and that the toilet didn't work. The desk attendant changed us to another room, but it also had problems. That toilet didn't work well either, and all the light bulbs over the sink area were burned out. I would not go back there again.

You get what you pay for ………. Very basic room and clean. Most of the guests smoke and drink outside their rooms, which is fine. Lots of little kids running around was great. Just know, a much lower end property, but safe and clean

Picture on website is very misleading. The place is run down. People living there full time, cars with flat tires in parking lot, smelled of weed. Was worried our bike was not going to be there in the morning. Should have known when expedia wouldn't allow payment at hotel.
