This is the cleanest room since I've stayed. Heard they are going through Renovation. Hope so.

Nothing to write home about

When we arrived at the hotel which was before check in ... the room was not ready .. which ok expected ... we went to the TGIFidays located in the hotel for lunch while the room was prepared . After lunch we checked in and the hotel guest services rep said she would have given us a room key to get our discount for lunch had she been the person who was originally checking us in ... why the 1st rep did not offer us this discount is infuriating since it is a guest perk. The room was clean but had a funky musty smell to it and the shower tub floor was peeling and stained. The 1st morning ... a hotel staff person knocked on the door before 9am and was surprised we answered but asked if we needed anything.. I asked for a couple of towels and he went off to get them only to never return and our room was not cleaned for the day and no fresh towels were provided for the following day. We went off on our adventures for the day only to return to being locked out of our room. We went to the front desk and they said our card was only activated for one day instead of the two days that I paid for ... this put me over the top but had them re-activate the door cards and we went on with our day. The breakfasts were good but the hours were to early for people on vacation. My overall thought is that my stay was not worth the money I paid and at this point will not recommend anyone stay there.

Basic lodging

Pros: Basic stay at a very good price. Great value.
Cons: General updates to facilities.
Location: I didn't go there for the nearby attractions.
This property met all of my lodging needs. It provides the traveler with all the necessary basics at an excellent cost.

not a peaceful sleep

Pros: location on main streetwas good
We were waken numerous times by car and truck noise in parking lot, and the loud noises laughing and shouting of what I presume were other guests. Locks on door were falling out and we were not comfortable with this. Morning breakfast was ok, had better and had worse motel was older and felt a little dirty, could use a little updating, would not consider this motel again.

Room was clean , breakfast was good , beds are comfortable . The room smelled like smoking even though I had non smoking are but it was not too bad. I will book again.

Nice for a quick get a way

Pros: Close to our places of travel. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with lots of options.
Cons: Parking
Location: Hillside Farm Cooper's Seafood Montage Mountain and shopping Wilkes Barre Farmer's Market
The room was fine. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Parking here was terrible. The are three major hotels and TGI Fridays all on the same property with limited parking. On our last day, our dirty towels were taken out but never replaced with clean ones. I had spoken early that morning to three different staff members and each time was given a different answer. I finally called the front desk to give them an update that we may be late checking out due to the towel situation. The fellow at the front desk took care of it immediately but we still waited over an hour for towels.
