Decent environment for your budget.

This place has decent sized rooms and free breakfast. Staff here is very attentive. The rooms are a bit drafty. If you can deal with the heaters comming on alot when its cold you will be fine.

At checking they didn’t even have me in the system... The door in my room wouldn’t close. They gave me a new room and it locked but it was a little dirty. While they mean well because the rooms look promising, there’s potential. I believe in order to run a great business, the company needs try their best in cleansiness given that people are supposed to feel at home.

Convenient location but not clean.

Pros: Convenient location for travelling south and the TGIFridays being onsite was very handy.
Cons: Cleanliness
The bathroom was barely clean enough. There were cobwebs over the curtains and the ventilation system was very loud.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the room's bed was very uncomfortable and hard, and some of the pipes / heating systems were very noisy.

Pros: Convenience.
Cons: The rooms need maintenance and to be upgraded.
Location: Awesome location though. Right next door to TGIFridays and the casino was like a mile away.
it was ok... Just some of the features of the room was not up to par. The shower had stains and the metal was rusting. The heater didn't work properly... Room service took to long to come. The toilet seat was loose and coming off and the tv was small. Overall the rooms need some maintenance and upgrades.

Rundown and dirty

There was men’s hair in the tub drain. 3 lights did not work. Door was stuck and difficult to open. Bed was extremely soft. Never again.

Just got here. Ok......... Nice.......... Cool.......... What would you like me to say besides I just got to the hotel but would recommend it to other people. However they can upgrade the televisions.

Barking dogs and horrible Wi-Fi.

Apart from the above barking dogs and horrible wifi the room was clean. Breakfast good. Staff helpful and friendly.

Bad check in

I had a reservation upon checking in I was told here was no room available for me to check in to even though I had a confirmed reservation . I was told there was a ack of clean rooms because of house keeping not being available . As the first desk clerk tried to contact her managers on call , she was repeatedly forwarded to voice mail . Putting her under so much stress she began to cry. She was overwhelmed and frustrated she sent me to a room that was half way cleaned n had no bath towels and a broken microwave. I was so tried it was late and already spent 45 minutes standing in the lobby waiting to b sent to a room I just went to sleep, regardless of the room condition
