Had to fix my toilet

The sheets on the bed did not looked washed and when the toilet continued to back up I was given a plunger to do it myself.

Awesome hotel near the Polar Express

Pros: Location, cost, full breakfast, nice rooms
Cons: If it was one block closer to town, that would have been awesome. However, since you can't change that, it's great as it is.
Location: Williams, and the Polar Express train. If that doesn't get you, then how about the Grand Canyon and Bearizona?
After a long driving trip, trying to get to the hotel before our Polar Express train left, we rushed to the hotel and collapsed in the room. Everyone was very impressed with the beds and room, and wished we had arrived earlier to relax a bit before the big event. However, Santa beckoned, and we left for the train. The room rate is awesome (one of the best values I've received in years) for this room. Two very nice comfortable queen beds, lots of space to spread out, and it's quiet in the area. It's only three minutes from the Polar Express train by car (park in the paved lot, not the dirt lot). You could walk it if you want, but it's not super convenient, especially in the cold. Breakfast the next morning was great. Hot food, waffles, fruit, pastries, grains, eggs, sausage, bacon, drinks, etc. Super nice to wake up and have a decent free breakfast. The seating is limited though, so either go early or find a spot to sit on the side. Well worth the stop in the morning, though. Overall, this was a great location. This place is perfect for families. We will be back!

New hotel

Pros: Clean and new
Location: Right off highway in Williams, and les than an hour from the Grand Canyon.
Seems brand new, clean, comfortable, right off highway, easy check in, and nice staff

Cruz and Claudia are the main reason I'll return ...THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ! My family and I do the Polar Express Train every year will and will be staying at the Quality Inn every time.

Nice hotel as a base for Grand Canyon exploration.

Pros: See above detail for relevant positives
Cons: A lift, quieter Aircon and coffee machine.
Location: As mentioned above: a good if slightly remote base for GrandCanyon exploration. Also the adjacent town was very interesting, particularly Route 66 loc
Hotel experience was good, although the Aircon was a little noisy, as was the tea and coffee maker. The hotel would benefit of a lift, but otherwise it was OK, although a little further from the Grand Canyon than expected. Additionally the breakfast was good and set us up for a long day exploring. Also the adjacent town was a nice surprise, particularly it's location on the historic Route 66. Overall an enjoyable experience.

On Freeway.

Good option for South rim Grand Canyon. On I40. Staff was very friendly. They even got shaving foam for me.

Williams is a cute town

Pros: Hotel is right off the freeway plus in great condition and stuff are very nice
