The room was comfortable and staff was very friendly. Everything was clean. Room was a little noisy and could hear the hall traffic at night but other than that it was a great stay

Just convenient

This hotel is just for people to sleep a night after all day long hiking at the Grand Canyon. There is nothing to it. Breakfast is very sad, water flavoured coffee. Not enough sitting for guests. There is no elevator to go up the second floor, if you had to carry heavy luggages up to your room. But the location is quiet, just only 2 minutes from down town. Room is clean enough. Staff is helpful.

Overall nice....friendly staff....but shortage of wash clothes for two and delay in cleaning room....plus key problems and then being asked to make do with one ket because hotel was running short of keys...but overall OK.

Great customer service, very well attended. Clean rooms, comfy bed & pillows and even a mini fridge inside room. Delicious breakfast. Loved it is a non-smoking hotel.

Overall it was a great experience. We went for the polar express. It's not walking distance in the cold weather.

Had to fix my toilet

The sheets on the bed did not looked washed and when the toilet continued to back up I was given a plunger to do it myself.

Awesome hotel near the Polar Express

Pros: Location, cost, full breakfast, nice rooms
Cons: If it was one block closer to town, that would have been awesome. However, since you can't change that, it's great as it is.
Location: Williams, and the Polar Express train. If that doesn't get you, then how about the Grand Canyon and Bearizona?
After a long driving trip, trying to get to the hotel before our Polar Express train left, we rushed to the hotel and collapsed in the room. Everyone was very impressed with the beds and room, and wished we had arrived earlier to relax a bit before the big event. However, Santa beckoned, and we left for the train. The room rate is awesome (one of the best values I've received in years) for this room. Two very nice comfortable queen beds, lots of space to spread out, and it's quiet in the area. It's only three minutes from the Polar Express train by car (park in the paved lot, not the dirt lot). You could walk it if you want, but it's not super convenient, especially in the cold. Breakfast the next morning was great. Hot food, waffles, fruit, pastries, grains, eggs, sausage, bacon, drinks, etc. Super nice to wake up and have a decent free breakfast. The seating is limited though, so either go early or find a spot to sit on the side. Well worth the stop in the morning, though. Overall, this was a great location. This place is perfect for families. We will be back!
