Pros: Close to the train depot.
Cons: Cleaner room. Sink did not seem clean, and the faucet was covered with water spots. Went to use the hand lotion it was an old bottle nearly
Location: in Williams, so convenient for the Grand Canyon Railroad.
Ok hotel, but there were some issues. Also, no secured internet, which is a must today. Affordable, though, and close to the train depot. We were in Williams to take the train to the Grand Canyon.

Rude and lazy staff

Very rude very lazy unwilling to get off their butt and help any of their customers with anything

Restraunt is a bit pricey but it was nice to have a heated indoor pool and jacuzzi

Loved the indoor pool and location.

Pros: Loved the indoor pool.
Cons: At least have complimentary fruit for guests to eat??
Location: The town is amazing! Had no idea it was the original Route 66. There was much to do and see in town. Taxes were outrageous!
It was a spacious, clean room. The staff was occupied with one guest in solving his issues with his ipad while there were 3 more people groups waiting to check-in. Was a bit disappointed that it did not offer a complimentary breakfast until I went into the quaint town. The sports bar was empty, reason why the 6 of my group did not stay for dinner.

Great place; great area !

Pros: close to downtown to all the shops and eateries and only 45 mins to the South Rim.
Location: Rod's Steakhouse was excellent; downtown Williams is a great way to spend some time walking; and good food to be found everywhere -
Close to South Rim of Grand Canyon; down the street to wonderful restaurants; bed was refreshing and pillows were great ! AND it is priced right !
