So-so.. Can be better..

So-So.. bot bad and not good. The price is too high for that kind of hotel..

Hotel was adequate. Able to accommodate our family of six. Breakfast is standard stuff but hard boiled eggs were poorly done and there was only standing room during the first rush at 7am. Only one washer and dryer set and it was more expensive than other places we've stayed.

Close route 66, nice shopping nearby, clean, close to grand canyon , great place

Nice Hotel close to Grand Canyon Train Depot

Pros: the staff and location
Cons: Upgrade lobby
Location: Grand Canyon Train
The staff were excellent, hotel could use a little upgrading which they were doing some of while we were there.

Thumbs down and a frown!

The room was very small. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the cramped space. No towel hangers in the dinky bathroom. The paving in the parking lot was bumpy. The dinning area was small with only one toaster and limited seating. The motel is in a poor location far from town. It was terribly overpriced at $120 for one night. We will never stay there again.

Thank you for the review. We are sorry that you had so much trouble with your stay. Every room comes with a towel hangar on the inside of the bathroom door, and fresh towels are always available to our guests. Although we are a bit out of town, our location allows us to avoid the majority of the highway and city noise. We appreciate the feed back and will be using it to improve on our room standards as best we can. Thank you again for staying with us.

Smaller hotel on northern end of town, perfect for access to I-40 and north to Grand Canyon. Average room, but very neat and in great condition. Breakfast was adequate, good start to the days we traveled.Would stay there again.

Nice Hotel, very close to Grand Canyon

Since we are a small hotel, we most likely will not be installing an elevator, however it's just 13 steps to the 2nd floor, and our staff is always willing to give assistance as needed. We are currently working on updating the heating units in all of the rooms, you must have just had a room we hadn't updated yet. Please stay with us again if you're in the area!
