I thought the staff when checking in was very friendly and accommodating. I believe it was the manager who was always around when my kids or I had a question about the gym or our room and she was very helpful. We had a pet with us and the room reeked of wet dog we were asked if we wanted to switch rooms but the entire hallway smelled the same so we just got Febreze. hottub had a sign about the water being tested by interior health so we couldn't use it. Our Neighbour's on the floor were super noisy early in the morning talking loudly and letting there dog bark outside the door and when i was able to fall back asleep at 830 am I heard the house keepers standing right outside our door saying "I think they left! God it smells like weed out here knock and see if they are gone." She knocked loudly and when i said hello? she just replied to her other coworker " Oh never mind there still here." The lady upon checking out wasn't very friendly either didn't bother to ask how our stay was and just handed me a receipt. The overlander pub right beside the hotel had awesome food but the continental breakfast at the hotel had a folded egg in a bag to microwave and not the most appetizing food so we ate out. I don't think I'd stay here again.

Would not recommend, Room by a door and everytime door was opened and closed it vibrated the whole room. Hotel and room was not clean either.

The property was bit dated but was very good and helpfull staff...they have a indian restaurant in the lobby that smell very delicious and next time will tfy it
