We were not treated well, or properly greeted, at the front desk. Then, to top it off, when we tried ordering room service, it took 1 1/2 hours to get it. My wife went down to retrieve the food, and the manager said he would make sure it was the first meal to come out of the kitchen. 20 minutes later, she received the food, without an apology, and without any discounts. We are Hilton honors members, as well. And, we prefer to stay at Doubletree when possible. But, unless this property reaches out to apologize and rectify this situation, we’ll stay someplace else when we take a trip to Williamsburg.
