Old and outdated

Hotel is old and outdated. Staff put family at furthest point from elevator and they did not work. Overall very unpleasant stay.

Under construction

Smelled like a construction site in lobby and no free breakfast as advertised due to remodeling. Their solution to no breakfast was a 10% off coupon to a nearby pancake house. The staff were friendly but it was not what we thought it would be like.

Same quality as a Red Roof or lower budget hotel

I stayed here as I thought it would be better than other lower budget hotels in the area. However, that was not the case. I walked in the bathroom and found a roach on the floor. There were stains on the comforter and the air conditioner wasn’t working. I called maintenance who said they fixed it, but didn’t. I slept with the sliding gas door open. The staff is very friendly though.

Stayed one night

Cons: open the restaurant inside.
The hotel is being remodeled , there is no kitchen. Two vending machines didn't work.

The renovation is coming along nicely. It will be great when finished. The lobby is looking modern and spacious.

Stay someplace else.

This hotel is undergoing extensive renovations. It is falling apart. No food if any type even in vending machines. The hotel still wants to charge for incidentals that don’t exist. The real excuse is for damages. I hit my hold returned when I told them they were not holding me responsible for the whole in the comforter they tried to hide nor the beat up furniture or junk ragged rugs on the floor. If your height is more than 5’9 you can’t walk on the second floor because of low ceilings. Plenty of other places to stay in area.

Hopefully next year is better

We love this hotel, but this stay was disappointing. We informed late check-in, but no one told us the front entrance is closed (due to neverending renovations), so we were stuck in the cold until a security guard stumbled upon us. The late-night desk clerk was friendly and professional, the daytime clerk not so much (although not terrible). The cleaning crew was patient with our late departures and did a great job. The location of this hotel is excellent and the amenities are very good for the price. However, if the renovations are not completed by next November, we might begin staying elsewhere.

Nice little getaway!

Great location! Beautiful grounds a lobby. Beds are coming up for retirement though. Pool area is nice as well!
