Soon after checking in my girlfriend stepped on a 3-inch rusty nail that was protruding from the flooring in the walkway to the kitchen. We immediately reported this to the staff that was on duty at the time. The front desk agent seemed like he could care less. It was also reported to the front desk staff on the day of checkout and was advised that a member of management would be contacting us. It's been over a month and no one has called us. I would not recommend this property due to this experience. Luckily for us and them, my girlfriend was up to date on her tetanus shot and the puncture did not get infected.

The stay was great overall. Im not sure if we were near the house keeping or not but someone constantly walked the floor all night thumping and bumping. The staff and maintenance were awesome. We had two situations and they came right away to take care of us. Truly pleased! Will come back again for sure

Highlights of this property say “family friendly”. Multiple parties in the complex we were in. Loud, obnoxious, no parking available because of the parties. People were parking on the road. Notified front desk, nothing changed. Loud music, lots of foot traffic in and out of the complex, with slamming doors. Unable to sleep due to all the noise. Will not stay here again.

Check in took multiple people and almost an hour because clearly front desk are not trained. I have stayed here for years and this has never been an issue until recently. I checked out two weeks ago and my deposit is still being held, not sure who isn’t doing their job but my ticket is not closed out because I still haven’t gotten an email saying my ticket was closed out so therefore my deposit it being held. Sloppy and disappointing. They lied to some older ppl telling them there wasn’t a first floor option for them when the resort was EMPTY and you could tell there were plenty of rooms available in obvious units because no cars were there day or night. Stating to dislike this resort. Maybe that’s why they didn’t upgrade to Hilton

This was a great place to stay very clean. The reason for the four star overall rating is because it states there are an arcade/game room however there was not. My boyfriend and I are kids at heart and that is one reason I got this place. We were kinda heartbroken but we still had fun

My experience here was awesome, however I never got back my $140 dollar deposit till date and that left a sour taste in my mouth. But as regards the facility it was awesome.

We waited a hour to get checked in the room. The water did not get hot the entire time. The guy tried to say we over filled the bath tub and it leaked downstairs which that is not true because the water would not even get hot to use the tub. It was suppose to be a spa bath which was not had a water little fountain. Was not happy at all about all of this

I’ve been choosing Greensprings by Diamond Resorts for over 5 years now. There is plenty to do at the resort with the indoor/outdoor pool, mini golf, and tennis courts. Also depending on which building you’re staying in, you may have views if the main golf course! A added plus. This was my first visit since the pandemic and it continues to be my favorite. The staff is friendly, but my favorites are the open floor plans - very large to accommodate all guests, quiet complex, close to Busch Gardens 15 minute drive, and fair pricing. I recommend and will be returning come summer!

Coffee maker ruined our morning. Not only was the coffee provided disgusting but also the coffee maker had not been cleaned and therefore made our home brough coffee taste horrible.

We left notes about this with Alex along with my phone number for a manager to call, and I haven’t heard from anyone. The beds are so hard they are unsleepable. They offered foam bed toppers, we got two, and had to make it work given the timeframe and schedule we had to keep. We were in pain every morning. Then there were roaches in the kitchen. I was able to kill one and take a picture of it, but the other one got away. The soaker tub was dirty. The cabinet doors in the bathroom and kitchen needed repair and looked like they were ready to fall off. The coffee packets were stale. There was zero outdoor lighting anywhere near where we had to park, which is just dangerous. We were planning our wedding in April and were hoping to stay at Greensprings at that time, now, there is no way we will stay there again.

Good time.
Clean, spacious rooms and great facility! Overall great experience. When I first arrived at my room the sheets on the master bed were found to be badly stained. The front desk was very responsive to providing replacement sheets. The only other negative was during check in. The clerk described how Hilton hotels soon to be taking over the site. I asked for the availability of Hilton Honor points, but was told they were not yet available. No problem. Immediately after checking in, the concierge offered me 50,000 Hilton Honor points if I sat through a sales presentation. I feel that this is very inconsistent. Either offer points or don't. Again overall good experience with my stay.
