We arrived in the cold rain and could not find the location, had to stop in a different location just to figure out where Gryphon hotel actually was. once we finally found out we got the keys and promptly found we were locked outside. After calling the number they told us to wait there while they send somebody (they had somebody in the building who actually let us in out of the cold but we were just lucky she happened to pass by us, the hotel did not call her). The shower head broke after just touching it and to shower you either had to hold it up with one hand or flatten yourself to the wall to get into the water. After all that was said and done when we checked out we found out there was a resort fee we had to pay of $20, after all this horrid experience I can confidently say we will never attend this place, not recommend it and frankly I am hesitant to trust Expedia.
