This hotel is about 20 some minutes drive away from York Town or James Town where we visited and so is convinient for us. This hotel is clean, staffs are nice, breakfast is included (food choices not the best but OK), parking is free which is great.

Nice hotel, quiet with lots of dining options. However the bed had strands of hair between the sheets and comforter, a few of the towels provided looked stained or unwashed. I tried calling Housekeeping and the front desk but no one answered. I would have liked to give a higher review since the rom was very spacious, check in/out was easy, but the cleanliness of my room was a absolute turn off.

Dirty stains on pillow cases. Hotel room description says they have blackout curtains - definitely not blackout, in fact the light from the street lights etc kept me up at night. Hotel is right next to the highway which is noisy. The walls are paper thin to the point you can hear other’s conversations in the other rooms. I literally heard someone close their toilet lid while walking down the hall. Had to call housekeeping because they never replenished our towels due to “waiting on the dryer” to finish. Room layout made no sense as the tv was wall mounted in the middle of the room (with no way to move/rotate it) meaning that you had to painfully turn your head whether on the couch or bed to watch the tv. The first step into the room you are right up against the bathroom sink. The included free breakfast was questionable and I’ve never seen eggs replicate a hard taco shell. Lots and lots of issues…however the one positive was that the staff were friendly and nice. Unfortunately, I will not be staying here again. I’ve stayed other places for less expensive that were much better quality.
